في ذكرى رحيل الرجل ذي الظل الأخضر…الثقيل

“نراك… طويلاً .. كسنبلةٍ في الصعيد، جميلاً .. كمصنع صهر الحديد، وحراً .. كنافذة في قطار بعيد…

ولستَ نبيّاً، ولكن ظلّك أخضر أتذكر؟

سال كثير من الحبر وسيسيل في كل ذكرى لوفاة الزعيم جمال عبد الناصر -رغم أن القراءة وكيفيتها أمر آخر- الذي شكل وصوله إلى السلطة في مصر نقطة هامة في التاريخ المصري والعربي والعالمي؛ فما قبل جمال ليس كما بعده، إذ كانت الفترة الممتدة من عام 1952 حتى 1970 فترة مرصعة بالإنجازات والكوارث.

كسنبلة في الصعيد

لم يطل مقام جمال عبد الناصر المُرِّي في كلية الحقوق، حيث كان الفتى الصعيدي ابن ساعي البريد من بين أوائل الملتحقين بالكلية الحربية بعد أن تقرر تنسيب “دفعة استثنائية” من أبناء الطبقة الكادحة عام 1937. لم تكن الطبقة الحاكمة في مصر الوحيدة التي لجأت لذلك الاستثناء رغبةً في امتصاص نقمة الكادحين وشراءً لولاء أهم أبنائهم، فالبرتغال مثلاً شهدت ذلك في النصف الأول من القرن العشرين. غير أن المناورة بالاستثناء دائما ما فشلت، حيث شهدت البرتغال ثورة القرنفل عام 1974، ومصر ثورة حركة الضباط الأحرار عام 1952.

      كان البكباشي (المقدم) عبد الناصر العقل المدبر والقائد الفعلي لحركة الضباط الأحرار التي كان قوامها ضباط من متوسطي الرتب رغم أن اللواء محمد نجيب كان في الواجهة، ورسمياً أول رئيس لـ “الجمهورية المصرية” بعد إلغاء الملكية عام 1953، ومع ذلك كان اسم عبد الناصر -وزير الداخلية رسمياً- يرافقه على صدر الصفحات الأولى للصحف المصرية، وفي أهم الأخبار.[1][2]

      قبل ذلك بعام صدر قانون الإصلاح الزراعي الذي أعاد توزيع الأراضي الزراعية وحدد سقف الملكية الزراعية بـ 200 فدان -الفدان=حوالي 4200 م²، فحصل الفلاحون -الغالبية الساحقة منهم ذكور- على أراض زراعية تراوحت مساحاتها بين فدانين وخمسة أفدنة على أن يدفع الفلاحون قيمة الأرض إلى الدولة على أقساط في مدى 30 عام، بينما عوض القانون كبار الملاك الاستغلاليين عما نزع منهم من أطيان.[3] وقد استمر عبد الناصر في تنفيذ الإصلاح الزراعي بعد أن أزاح محمد نجيب نهائيا عام 1954. حيث خفَّض سقف الملكية إلى 100 فدان عام 1961،[4] ثم إلى 50 فدانا للفرد و100 فدان للأسرة عام 1969.[5] وهكذا ورغم التفاوت الكبير جداً في جحم الملكيات أصبح الفلاح المصري لأول مرة منذ أن وجد الإنسان في وادي النيل مالكاً للأرض التي يفلحها بعد أن كان إما عبداً أو قناً أو أجيراً بأبخس الأثمان. أما فيما يخص الملكيات الكبرى فقد ضمن القانون حقوق العمال الزراعيين، لذلك لم يكن جمال معبود الجماهير من فراغ ففي عهده أتيح التعليم والخدمات الصحية مجاناً وللجميع، بمن فيهم فلسطينيو قطاع غزة. لذلك لم تتأخر الجماهير عن تلبية أي نداء يطلقه الزعيم، وتغاضت عن سيئاته الكثيرات وطاماته العظيمات ورزيئاته الكبيرات.

كمصنع صهر الحديد

      ليس خافياً على أحد أن مصر بقيادة عبد الناصر كانت جادة في دخول عصر التصنيع، فقد رفع ناصر شعار “سنصنع كل شيء من الإبرة إلى الصاروخ” فتمت كهربة مصر (إيصال الكهرباء إلى كل مكان فيها)، وتطوير شبكة القطارات واعتماد قاطرات الديزل وإقامة مركب حلوان للحديد والصلب -الذي دخل مؤخراً عملية التصفية[6] والذي عرضت خطوط انتاجه في مزاد علني اليوم، في ذكرى رحيل مؤسسه! – الذي يعد أساساً لإنتاج أدوات الإنتاج، وإقامة عدة مناطق صناعية في الصعيد والدلتا. ولم يتوقف عبد الناصر والآلة الدعائية لدولته عن التغني بالاشتراكية، لكن ذلك لم يكن انعكاساً لعلاقات إنتاج اشتراكية، كما لم تكن هناك عمليةٌ ديمقراطيةٌ عمادها الطبقة العاملة وتنظيماتها، فقد سحق عبد الناصر بلا رحمة بذور التنظيمات العمالية بعيد امساك الضباط الأحرار بزمام الحكم، وأبرز مثال على ذلك قمع احتجاجات عمال غزل والنسيج في كفر الدوار في 12 من آب/أغسطس 1952 عندما أضرب العمال الذين استبشروا بالضباط الأحرار خيراً، حيث طالبوا برفع الأجور وتحسين ظروف العمل وتأمين سكن كريم لعائلاتهم، لكن الجيش انقض على العمال  رغم هتافهم “تحيا حركة الجيش!” وأثخن فيهم، وفي داخل المصنع عقدت محكمة ميدانية حكمت بإعدام القياديين العماليين اليافعين محمد مصطفى خميس (19 عام) ومحمد عبد الرحمن البقري (17 عام)، ليصادق عبد الناصر على الحكم ويجبر نجيب على ذلك  فينفذ الحكم بعد ذلك بشهر.[7]

كنافذة في قطار بعيد

      لم تكن مصر في عهد عبد الناصر تدور في فلك أحد، بل كانت تسعى لتشكيل قطب عالمي ثالث مع يوغوسلافيا بقيادة تيتو والهند بقيادة نهرو وإندونيسيا بقيادة سوكارنو، لكن الثقل السياسي يتطلب استقلالاً اقتصاديا واكتفاءً ذاتياً. فمصر كانت -ولا تزال- من أكبر مستوردي القمح في العالم، وكانت تستورده من الولايات المتحدة الأميريكية، وكانت ولا تزال تعتمد على الإستيراد لتوفير احتياجاتها من اللحوم، كما كانت تصنع الإبر ولكن بآلات يوغوسلافية. علاوة على ما تقدم، لا يمكن لاشتراكية أن تتم دون أن يكسب كلٌ حسب عمله وأن تكون السلطة ديمقراطية حقة بما يتضمنه ذلك من حرية التعبير والمشاركة في صنع القرار.

      كان خلاف عبد الناصر مع محمد نجيب بشأن الحياة الديمقراطية القشة التي قسمت ظهر البعير، فأزاح عبد الناصر نجيباً وعادت عبادة الفرد مجدداً إلى مصر. وبكل ضراوة بطش عبد الناصر بكل من انتقد، ولئن كان المد الإسلاموي قد سلط الضوء على ما عاناه فعلاً الإخوان المسلمون في سجون عبد الناصر، فإن الشيوعيين هم أكثر من نالهم لظى إرهاب مخابرات عبد الناصر وتعذيب جلاديه الساديين في غياهب سجونه.

      كثيرة هي الصور والمقاطع المصورة لعبد الناصر في أنحاء جمهوريات يوغسلافيا أعوام 1956، و1958، و1963، كان الآلاف يستقبلونه بالهتافات والرقصات في كل محطة قطار -لا ندري إن كان حبا في وقت مستقطع من العمل أم حبا حقيقيا في الزعيم العربي الذي وقف ندا أمام العدو والصديق- لكننا لا نجد سبيلا إلى صورة جمال عندما اضطر للوقوف في يوم من شهر حزيران/يونيو 1960 دقيقة صمت مع الزعيم اليوغوسلافي جوزيف تيتو وقياديين من الحزب الشيوعي اليوغوسلافي، حدادا على مقتل المفكر والقيادي الشيوعي المصري شهدي عطية تحت التعذيب في سجن أبي زعبل الذي كان يديره جلاد برتبة لواء في جيش عبد الناصر يدعى إسماعيل همت.

      لم تشفع لشهدي عطية -كغيره من المناضلين- مآثره في النضال ضد الاستعمار البريطاني والنظام الملكي التابع بإقطاعييه وشرطته وعسكره، ولا حتى دفاعه العقلاني عن سياسات عبد الناصر من التأميم، إلى التعليم، والصحة، والصناعة، والزراعة. فقد عذب حتى الموت في سجن أبي زعبل السيء الصيت. لم يشتهر نظام عبد الناصر بأقذع وأفظع صنوف التعذيب السادية والشاذة التي وصلت حد استخدام الكلاب في التعذيب وحسب، بل باستمرار التعذيب حتى بعد انقضاء فترة التحقيق، متفوقا في ذلك على الفاشيين والصهاينة. باختصار، لم يكن نظام عبد الناصر يريد لأحد أن ينتقد ويعبر عن رأيه حتى لو كان ثوريا حقيقيا. لقد كان لتناهي خبر مقتل شهدي عطية إلى مسامع القادة اليوغوسلاف وقعا كبيرا، امتزج فيه غضبهم بحرج الزعيم العربي، الذي تعهد بمحاسبة الفاعلين ووقف التعذيب، ومع أن الفاعلين لم يحاسبوا، إلا أن التعذيب في السجون توقف…لبضع سنين فقط.

ولستَ نبيّاً، ولكن ظلك أخضر، أتذكر

      مصرع حسني بلال وأكثر من 30 قتيلا برصاص جنودك في قطاع غزة في آذار 1955؟ كانوا يهتفون “لا توطين ولا إسكان يا عملاء الأمريكان” في رد واضح بأن الشعب الفلسطيني يرفض مشروع أيزنهاور الذي كان يرمي لتوطين 12 ألف أسرة لاجئة فلسطينية في سيناء، على أن توصل لهم مصر أنبوب مياه من النيل لتسهيل استصلاح الأراضي بتمويل أميركي مبلغه 30 مليون دولار.

      كان نظام عبد الناصر قد قبل بالمشروع الذي شكل جزءا من خطة أكبر “الخطة ألفا Alpha” الهادفة لإبرام اتفاقية سلام بين إسرائيل والعرب. لكن الجماهير الفلسطينية لم تقبل، فكان الرد عنيفا، إذ اعتقل الجيش المصري المئات وحل النقابات ومنع كل وسائل التعبير. لكن الجماهير لم تتوقف وسجلت مطالبها بأن تعلن القاهرة رسميا إلغاء المشروع، وأن تتعهد بتدريب الشعب الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة وتسليحه للدفاع عن نفسه من الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية التي لم تتوقف منذ النكبة.

      بالفعل، ورغم استمرار سياسة تكميم الأفواه، بر عبد الناصر بالاتفاق وأعلن سقوط مشروع التوطين إلى الأبد، كما انتدب ضابط المخابرات مصطفى حافظ للإشراف على العمل الفدائي. وإلى اليوم لا تزال في غزة مدرسة تحمل اسم مصطفى حافظ، ومستشفى يحمل اسم ناصر، وكثير من المدارس والعيادات الصحية وبنى تحتية لم يعرفها القطاع المخنوق قبل عبد الناصر، الذي فتح أبواب الجامعات المصرية لأبناء وبنات القطاع وفلسطين كلها للدراسة بالمجان.  

      وبعد تشكيل منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية وإعادة هيكلتها بضم مختلف الفصائل تحت مظلتها لتشكيل نواة النظام السياسي الفلسطيني، كان لعبد الناصر ظلٌ ثقيل ولا يزال، فهو الذي لم يقبل بما أقرته الجبهة الشعبية في مؤتمرها الثاني عام 1968 -نتيجة الخضوع لضغط من مراهقين وانتهازيين سياسيين- بأن علاقة اليسار الفلسطيني مع الأنظمة العربية “علاقة صراع وتحالف”، ففضل أن تكون “صراع على طول” ليصطحب معه ياسر عرفات إلى موسكو ويفرض هيمنة لفصيله فتح لا يزال الشعب الفلسطيني يدفع ثمنها أرضا ودما وكرامة حتى اليوم.

      عبد الناصر كما وصف نفسه بنفسه: لاعب شطرنج. دائما ما أراد إدارة اللعبة الجيوسياسية دون اللجوء للحرب، وقد فرضت عليه كل المعارك والحروب التي خاضها، إما بسبب تنطع من قبل رموز نظامه أو عدوان من الخارج. وعلى الرغم من أنه كان صادقا في مسعاه للاستقلال والسيادة الكاملة المستندة إلى زراعة وصناعة وطنيتين، إلا أن استبداده بالسلطة كان يتطلب نظاما قمعيا يعتمد الولاء له فقط، والولي من هذا النوع منعدم الكفاءة وسيء الصنعة وفاسد السريرة، لذلك لم يبق بعده من خليفة إلا السادات.

      قد يشفع لعبد الناصر أنه الرئيس العربي الوحيد الذي استقال من منصبه، وأنه أعلن للشعب أنه المسؤول الأول عن هزيمة 1967 النكراء. قد تشفع له المدارس والمصانع والمستشفيات والعيادات والثورات المظفرة التي آزرها في العالم العربي وفي أفريقيا، لكن ذلك كله لا يعدل سفك دم كادح أو مناضل. علاوة عليه؛ ليس لما يمثله عبد الناصر من “قومية عربية” و”تقدمية” ومناهضة للاستعمار أن يستقيم أو يستديم أو أن يحقق الغاية المرجوة منه في ظل ما كان في عهده من الاستبداد والقراءات التي لا تراعي الاختلاف، وانعدام التمثيل الحقيقي للطبقة العاملة المنتجة في النظام الذي يتحدث باسمها. إن المراجعة النقدية لتلك الحقبة بما لها وما عليها ضرورية فهي ملك للأجيال هنا وفي العالم، لنتجنب تكرار السيئات ونشتق الطريق نحو العدالة الإجتماعية والسيادة والوحدة في إطار التنوع الذي لا يجور على غير العرب ولا يجبرهم..

      عبد الناصر ابن الواقع المادي، لا ابن السماء، ابن واقعنا آنذاك، لذا فهو لا يستحق التبجيل ولا الشيطنة، فهو إن كان مسؤولا عن مصائب ومآسي وجرائم كان يمكن تجنبها في حينه، إلا أنه ليس المسؤول عن واقعنا الرديء اليوم.

رسالة من سجينات وسجناء سياسيين إيرانيين معارضين للنظام بشأن الإبادة الجماعية في غزة

في ظل حالة السخط الشعبي وعدم قبول الشعب الإيراني لنظام ولاية الفقيه، أصبح القسم الأكبر من الشعب يحب من يكرهه النظام ويكره من يحبه النظام من منطلق ابتدائي هو “عدو عدوي صديقي”، وينسحب الأمر على الحالة في قطاع غزة. لذلك نشر سجناء سياسيون إيرانيون بشجاعة ورصانة ثورية هذه الرسالة البوصلة:

نص الرسالة:

نحن مسؤولون أمام معاناة الآخرين

ثمة هنا، بين السجناء السياسيين، أشخاصٌ خاطروا العام الماضي بحياتهم في سبيل الحرية والقضاء على التمييز. لكنهم يقولون اليومَ، والفلسطينيونَ يُذَبَّحون في حربٍ ظالمةٍ تماماً من طرف حكومة إسرائيل: “ليتها تُمعن في القتل أكثر”، بل ثمة من يقول: “ليتها تنهي الأمر بقنبلةٍ نوويةٍ كي يتنفس العالم الصعداء.” وثمة أيضاً من يقول: “ليتهم يضربون رأس الأفعى في طهران.” إن كل ما يمكن قوله هو إنه من المثير للشفقة أن يناضل أناسٌ كي يصيروا عبيداً، كي يدمروا أنفسهم.

الحرب نعمةٌ بالنسبة للحكومات الرجعية. كذلك كانت حرب الأعوام الثمانية بين إيران والعراق التي ساهمت في توطيد أركان النظام وقتل الآلاف من السجناء السياسيين في الـ1980ات. إن النظام الذي قتل العام الماضي وفي الأعوام السابقة آلاف الأطفال والمراهقين، يحاول اليوم إخفاء طبيعته الرجعية بذريعة الدفاع عن الشعب الفلسطيني. وفي حال توسعت رقعة الحرب سيزداد القمع والعنف الممارس ضد المتظاهرين، والسجناء السياسيين، والحركات العمالية، والنساء، والطلبة، والأقليات الدينية كالبهائيين، وستقسو القبضة على حركة “المرأة، الحياة، الحرية.”

وفي موازاة هذا النظام، ثمة تيارٌ يمينيٌ غربيٌ متطرفٌ يدعو لـ “تصدير الديمقراطية” بالقنابل والتدخل العسكري، وذلك بشكلٍ أساسي لتأمين حصته من الكعكة بشن عدوانٍ عسكريٍ وتدمير البنية التحتية للمجتمع. يبدو أن هذا التيار لم يتعلم شيئاً من تجارب العقود الماضية في أفغانستان والعراق. لا يعسى القائمون على حركة “المرأة، الحياة، الحرية” إلا للحصول على دعم إسرائيل والغرب وليست لهم مصلحةٌ أخرى في ظل الحرب الحالية.

لكن اللامبالاة، إزاء الحرب والإبادة الجماعية وحتى إزاء مهاجمة إيران عسكرياً، مسألة أكبر من ذلك النوع من الحركات المتطرفة.

رسالتنا هي: لا يمكننا أن نتجاهل ببساطةٍ هذه الحرب المعقدة وغير المتكافئة التي تُشن على الشعب الفلسطيني بحجة معاداة النظام ووكلائه وسياساته المدمرة. لا يمكننا أن ندير ظهرنا لما يحدث فهو إبادةٌ جماعيةٌ بمعنى الكلمة إذ أنه “فعلٌ يُرتكب بقصد إهلاك جماعة قومية أو إثنية أو عرقية أو دينية، بصفتها هذه، إهلاكاً كلياً أو جزئياً.”

قد تَمثُل أمامنا ثنائيةُ حماس وإسرائيل، أو الحرب واستمرار الوضع القائم، أو الاختيار بين السيء والأسوأ. ولكن باستمرارنا في حصر أنفسنا بين الخيارات التي يفرضها علينا الحكام بدلاً من أن نخلق نحن خياراتنا من الداخل، ستكون النتيجة أسوء الأسوأ على الدوام.

إن تاريخ حركات الاحتجاج على الحروب فقيرٌ عندنا في الحقيقة. وعلى الرغم من ظهور تيارات وحركات طالبت بالعدالة وعُرِفَت بشعار “الخبز والعمل والحرية”، فإننا لم نتمكن حتى اللحظة من الربط بين النضال ضد القمع والاستغلال والتمييز من جهة، والنضال ضد الحرب والعدوان من جهة أخرى.

لِنَعُد بِضع أعوامٍ إلى الوراء، عندما رفع البعض شعار “لا غزة ولا لبنان”، وذلك لأن الناس رأت في بؤسها نتيجةً لتدخل النظام في المنطقة. لا يُنفِق النظام على شعوب تلك البلدان التي يُسيطر عليها، بل يُنفِق على أنظمةٍ رجعيةٍ ولغايةٍ واحدةٍ هي تعزيز مصالحه والحفاظ عليها. وكنتيجةٍ لذلك تحول النضال الاجتماعي والسياسي لجماهير الشعب الفلسطيني بتاريخها الثري إلى صواريخٍ تطلقها حماس وغيابٍ لقوى شعبية رائدة في تاريخ النضال الفلسطيني.

لقد وُلِد في عباءة هذا النظام الرجعي وحشٌ لا يبالي بمعاناة الآخرين، لا يرى في العدوان والمجازر شراً إلا إذا وقعت القنابل على رأسه، فهناك الكثير ممن يقولون: “لا يهمني أي كارثةٍ تقع في غزة” أو “لا تهمني أي كارثةٍ تقع في بلوشستان أو كردستان” أو “ليحدُث ما يحدُث مع المهاجرين الأفغان أو النساء أو العمال أو العاطلين عن العمل، أو المهمَّشين. لن أحتج إلا إذا أصابني أو أصاب أعزاءي مكروه”.

يشكل هذا الوحشُ الخاصرةَ الرَّخْوَةَ لحركتنا الثورية، فاللامبالاة بمعاناة الآخرين في بلدٍ متنوعٍ لغوياً ودينياً وفيه شروخ عديدة وصنوف من الظلم ومرتبط بشكلٍ وثيقٍ مع الكادحين والمُضطَهَدين في المنطقة، مُقدِّمةٌ لسيطرة القوى الحاكمة وعائقٌ لا يمكن بسببه تحقيق أي تغيير.

إن وعي شعوب الشرق الأوسط وإرادتها هما أقوى سلاح للقضاء على هذا الوحش، وقد ظهر ذلك في شعار “المرأة، الحياة، الحرية”. لكن ترجمة ذلك الشعار عملياً تكمن في الانتصار للكرامة الإنسانية والنضال ضد كافة أشكال التمييز والأبارتهايد ومواجهة كافة أشكال التطرف الديني سواء تمثلت في حماس أم في إسرائيل ومواجهة القوى الإمبريالية الداعمة لهما، فهم جميعاً في جهة، والحركات التقدمية الاجتماعية والعمالية والنسوية والحركات المطالبة بالحرية والمساواة في جهةٍ أخرى.

لا تبالي الحكومات بمعاناة الناس، أما الحروب فهي أكبر عائق في طريق الحركات الشعبية والثورية. لذا فإننا، علاوة على إدانة الإبادة الجماعية للشعب الفلسطيني ولا أنسنته من طرف إسرائيل، ندين الطبيعة الرجعية لحماس واستخدامها للشعب كأداة، كما ندين دول المنطقة التي تدعمها، وندين القوى الإمبريالية المستفيدة من هذه الحرب الفظيعة. إننا بهذا نعمل بدأبٍ لتشكيل جناح مناهض للحرب داخل حركة “المرأة، الحياة، الحرية” الثورية. كانت الحروب الرجعية تاريخياً تتحول إلى صراع بين المضطهَدين والطبقة المهيمنة. وقد كانت تجربة النضال تحت شعار “الخبز، السلام، الحرية” تجربةً ثريةً وموثوقة.

قد تَكُون هذه المرحلة التاريخية اختباراً لمدى ارتباط حركة “المرأة، الحياة، الحرية” التقدمية بالنضال ضد التمييز، ولكيفية تعريفها لـ “الآخر”، ولما لها وما عليها.

Nazismo y sionismo, ¿una diferencia de grado o una diferencia de esencia?

A la memoria de todos los judíos y no judíos que perecieron durante el Holocausto y que sufrieron la opresión nazi.

A la memoria de todos los palestinos que perecieron y aún perecen a manos del sionismo, y que sufren diversas formas de discriminación desde la Nakba.

Desde el rincón sureste de Palestina, que ha sido convertido por el sionismo en la mayor prisión al aire libre: la Franja de Gaza.

Por un futuro sin racismo ni injusticia y sin ningún crimen encubierto.

Por una paz justa en una nueva Palestina entre el río Jordán y el mar Mediterráneo, donde las personas que hablan árabe y hebreo vivan en igualdad.

¿Es indecente comparar el sionismo con el nazismo?

Obviamente, el sionismo no exterminó a millones de personas como lo hizo el nazismo. En la actualidad, los sionistas están destruyendo pacientemente la sociedad palestina a través de la limpieza étnica y masacres. Los nazis habían planificado y llevado a cabo un genocidio. Este documento examinará los textos fundacionales de estas dos ideologías supremacistas.

Nazismo y sionismo, ¿una diferencia de grado o una diferencia de esencia?

Instrucciones a los soldados que les dan rienda suelta para disparar y matar a palestinos por mera sospecha, o de facto matar a quien no es judío[1] [2], facilitación de armas a colonos para usarlas contra palestinos[3] [4], segregación racista en carreteras y espacios públicos[5] [6], leyes que legalizan e institucionalizan el racismo, la discriminación, la segregación en todos los aspectos, así como la violencia contra el pueblo nativo de Palestina, masacres contra civiles, sometimiento de civiles a abandonar su tierra bajo fuego, uso de civiles y niños como escudos humanos[7] [8], militarización, uso sistemático de tortura contra prisioneros y uso de los mismos para experimentos médicos[9] [10], trato a una población como conejillos de indias… etc.

Una larga lista de atrocidades inhumanas que caracterizan el Modus Operandi del Régimen Sionista de Israel contra otro pueblo dentro de su propio espacio. En este estudio comparativo, el autor intenta demostrar que esas atrocidades no ocurrieron ni están ocurriendo como resultado de una actitud protectora pervertida puramente operativa, sino que ocurren desde un punto de vista ideológico: un punto de vista sionista. Los judíos fueron sometidos a actos similares pero de mayor envergadura, actos que tuvieron lugar desde un punto de vista ideológico: un punto de vista nazi. Irónicamente, los palestinos están siendo sometidos a un tipo de actos muy similares por parte del Régimen Sionista de Israel, que falsamente afirma ser heredero del sufrimiento judío.

Además, el autor intentará demostrar las similitudes entre las dos ideologías y demostrar que lo que sucedió en Alemania y en el resto de territorios ocupados por el Régimen Nazi de 1933 a 1945, y lo que ocurrió y ocurre en Palestina desde principios del siglo XX hasta ahora, son los resultados de dos ideologías antropofóbicas y esencialmente análogas: el nazismo y el sionismo, llevadas a cabo por dos regímenes racistas que actúan de la misma manera pero a diferente ritmo: el Régimen Nazi y el del Estado Sionista de Israel.

Las raíces socioeconómicas comunes del nazismo y el sionismo

Los tiempos turbulentos de transformación, de la estructura socioeconómica feudal a la estructura socioeconómica capitalista, marcados por el surgimiento de cuestiones nacionales y estados nacionales, así como por los partidos de trabajadores, que Europa atravesó desde la Revolución Francesa en 1789 hasta el final de la Segunda Guerra Mundial (WW2) en 1945, dieron origen a muchos movimientos ultranacionalistas chovinistas contrarrevolucionarios. El nazismo y el sionismo no son solo dos de estos movimientos, sino que tienen “vínculos interesante”.

El movimiento nazi nació en la Alemania de la posguerra de la Primera Guerra Mundial (WW1), un movimiento contrarrevolucionario violento, nacionalista y racista con propaganda populista en un país derrotado y económicamente devastado. Es dentro de la incipiente República de Weimar donde las semillas del racismo y el chovinismo organizados crecieron para formar el nazismo, aprovechando las amplias reformas democráticas, la necesidad popular de una mejora económica rápida y la presión ejercida por los países victoriosos de la WW2 sobre la economía y la soberanía de Alemania, entre otros factores.

En las comunidades judías de Europa del Este y Central, el sionismo surgió dentro del Movimiento “Haskalah” (השכלה: ‘Educación’, ‘Cultura’, ‘Obtener inteligencia’ o ‘Usar la mente/la razón’). La Haskalah fue la participación judía en el movimiento de la Ilustración en Europa entre los siglos XVII y XIX. Muchos judíos comenzaron a pensar fuera del confinamiento del gueto, ese gueto que formaba parte de un orden socioeconómico obsoleto. La Haskalah abrió el susceptible gueto, esta apertura que llevaría a los judíos a integrarse en su entorno, también dio origen al sionismo; un campo minoritario dentro de las comunidades judías, emanado como un movimiento chovinista contrarrevolucionario, que se aprovechó y en muchas ocasiones se alimentó del racismo de las sociedades europeas, la pobreza de la mayoría de los judíos y los intereses de los regímenes capitalistas recién formados, ansiosos por aprovechar el rico y débil oriente. El sionismo ha seguido los pasos de los nacionalismos europeos, como recuerda Yakov Rabkin:

“… El sionismo se inspira en los nacionalismos orgánicos de Europa Central y oriental, donde los nacionalistas luchaban por crear un estado, y un marco legal y político para la nación que ya existe. Sus contactos con los aspectos exclusivos del nacionalismo alemán, polaco o ucraniano dejan influencias perdurables en el movimiento sionista y la sociedad israelí.”[11]

El nazismo no fue la corriente principal en la sociedad alemana, incluso cuando el Partido Nazi llegó al poder, tuvo que formar una coalición para mantenerse al frente hasta la pronunciación de Hitler en 1933. El sionismo tampoco fue la corriente principal dentro de las comunidades judías, fue una minoría rechazada tanto por los judíos ortodoxos como por los judíos seculares por igual. Robert Rockaway confirma eso:

“El sionismo fue un punto de vista minoritario entre el pueblo judío. Fue electrizante para la juventud, al mismo tiempo que socavaba la autoridad de los padres que intentaban sobrevivir. Criticaba a los líderes, desafiaba al liderazgo tradicional de la comunidad diaspórica.”[12]

A pesar de no tener ningún mandato o apoyo popular para representar a la judería mundial, el sionismo siguió adelante desarrollando sus planes, celebrando sus congresos y trasladando a judíos perseguidos a Palestina. El pensador sionista liberal Zeev Sternhell describió el espíritu sionista de la siguiente manera:

“Si solo una minoría del pueblo judío se identificó con el sionismo, eso no significaba que el movimiento tuviera que someterse a la mayoría, sino más bien que significaba que la minoría tenía el deber de liderar el movimiento en la dirección correcta” [13]

De hecho, la connotación de la famosa y decidida afirmación de Theodor Herzel resume el estado del sionismo:

“¡Si lo quieres, no será una leyenda!”[14]”

Sionismo y nazismo; Uno es disimulado, el otro no.

Es imposible hablar del sionismo sin mencionar a Israel, porque Israel como Estado es el resultado de la empresa sionista. La historia, el presente y el futuro de Israel es la misma historia, presente y futuro del sionismo mismo. Para lograr ese resultado y mantener el proyecto sionista, los sionistas han desarrollado una metodología disimulada con efectos máximos una y otra vez. Ilan Pappe describe el acto principal de limpieza étnica cometido por el movimiento sionista, la expulsión forzada de más de 750.000 palestinos, conocida como la Nakba (نكبة ‘Catástrofe’) de la siguiente manera:

“En la creación de su Estado-nación el movimiento sionista no libro una guerra que ‘trágica, pero inevitablemente’ condujo a la expulsión de ‘una parte de’ la población indígena, sino todo lo contrario: su principal meta era la limpieza étnica de toda Palestina, el territorio que el movimiento codiciaba para su nuevo Estado.”[15]

El 15 de mayo de 1948, el presidente de la Organización Sionista Mundial (OSM), David Ben-Gurion, declaró el establecimiento de un Estado judío conocido como “Israel”. La bandera y el himno utilizados por la OSM fueron adoptados por el Estado de Israel en 1948. Frente al “Consejo del Pueblo Judío”, el principal organismo de los inmigrantes judíos en Palestina que trabajaba bajo el mantra del Movimiento Sionista, y representantes del propio Movimiento Sionista, Ben-Gurion inauguró una nueva fase en el proyecto sionista, la fase del Estado que lleva a cabo una limpieza étnica organizada y a cámara lenta, pero incluye la terminología de Democracia, Igualdad y Derechos en un discurso contradictorio. Ilan Pappe dice:

” con el tiempo, la tapadera verbal sionista ha conseguido con éxito inventar un nuevo lenguaje que camufle los efectos devastadores de sus prácticas.”[16]

La retórica sionista es bastante disimulada a diferencia de la de los nazis. Se puede argumentar que el régimen nazi era lo suficientemente poderoso como para ser indiferente a cualquier reacción, mientras que el Régimen Sionista todavía requería y requiere algo de apoyo internacional. Pero la frecuencia de las crueldades cometidas por la maquinaria de guerra israelí y el discurso indiferente [17] de la generación actual de líderes sionistas nacidos en Israel e inspirados por el ultranacionalismo y el racismo a expensas de los palestinos indígenas [18][19] están desmontando cada vez más esa disimulación. Los actos de violencia del Régimen Sionista de Israel son tan brutales contra los palestinos que el profesor israelí Yeshayahu Leibowitz, redactor en jefe de varios volúmenes de la Enciclopedia Hebraica, llegó a la conclusión de que una mentalidad nazi entre algunos israelíes es un hecho imposible de ignorar. Los llamó judeonazis[20].

Si Leibowitz hubiera vivido para presenciar el auge de los asentamientos y la violencia de los colonos y el ejército israelí en Cisjordania y las masacres israelíes en la Franja de Gaza, así como el traslado a cámara lenta de los palestinos que están dentro de los territorios ocupados en 1948 (es decir, Israel), habría dicho que el judeonazismo es el carácter del Régimen Sionista de Israel.

El Nazismo y el Sionismo: Perspectivas

En la búsqueda de arrojar luz sobre cómo ambos regímenes se ven a sí mismos y a los “otros”, el autor se remitirá directamente al estatuto del Partido Nazi o los 25 Puntos del Partido Nazi de Hitler. El autor pasará luego a la constitución del OSM y algunas leyes importantes de Israel en un enfoque comparativo para señalar la analogía esencial entre el nazismo y el sionismo.

El primer punto del Programa de los 25 Puntos del Partido Nazi dice:

“Exigimos la unión de todos los alemanes para constituir una gran Alemania fundada en el derecho de la independencia de que gozan las naciones.”.[21]

Esto coincide con la primera sección del segundo artículo del primer capítulo de la Constitución del OSM que dice:

“El Programa Sionista fue definido por el Primer Congreso Sionista en Basilea de la siguiente manera: ‘El objetivo del sionismo es crear para el pueblo judío un hogar en Eretz Israel asegurado por la ley pública’.” [22]

La segunda sección del mismo artículo dice:

“El Programa de Jerusalén, definido por el Consejo General Sionista en 2004, es el siguiente: ‘El sionismo, movimiento de liberación nacional del pueblo judío, dio lugar al establecimiento del Estado de Israel y considera que un Estado judío, sionista, democrático y seguro de Israel es la expresión de la responsabilidad común del pueblo judío por su continuidad y futuro’.” [23]

En la segunda sección, los fundamentos del sionismo son 6, los 2 primeros son:

• “La unidad del pueblo judío, su vínculo con su patria histórica Eretz Israel y la centralidad del Estado de Israel y Jerusalén, su capital, en la vida de la nación” [24]
• “Aliyah” [25] desde todos los países y la integración efectiva de todos los inmigrantes en la sociedad israelí.” [26] Por lo tanto, se pueden sacar las siguientes conclusiones:
• Tanto el Nazismo como el Sionismo buscan el establecimiento de una entidad, la unión en el caso nazi y la unidad del pueblo judío y Aliyah en el caso sionista.
• El siguiente paso fue obtener una especie de marco legal. El Nazismo usó el término autodeterminación, mientras que el Sionismo usa “ley pública” refiriéndose al derecho nacional e internacional.
• fronteras de las entidades no están definidas. El Nazismo busca una Gran Alemania, el Sionismo busca un hogar en un “Eretz Israel” poco claro y controvertido. Esto significa que ambos tienen ambiciones expansionistas.

El cuarto punto del Programa Nazi dice:

“Nadie, fuera de los miembros de la nación, podrá ser ciudadano del Estado. Nadie, fuera de aquellos por cuyas venas circule sangre alemana, sea cual sea su credo religioso, podrá ser miembro de la Nación. Por consiguiente, ningún judío será miembro de la nación.” [27]

El Sionismo está disimulado aquí, pero una mirada a las leyes israelíes muestra que no es realmente diferente, según la Ley de Nacionalidad de Israel (1952) la nacionalidad de Israel se adquiere solo por:

• Retorno,

Residencia en Israel, Nacimiento y Naturalización. Los 2 primeros puntos son los más importantes en este sentido.

Retorno En la sección 2 de esta ley, se explica el retorno de acuerdo con la Ley del Retorno. Según la Ley del Retorno, Sección 1:

“Cada judío tiene el derecho de venir a este país como Oleh.” [28] (Oleh עולה”un judío emigrante a Palestina”).

No fue hasta 1970 que se hizo una enmienda a esta ley en la que se agregó una sección con una definición de judío:

Sección 4-B:

“Para los propósitos de esta Ley, ‘judío’ significa una persona nacida de madre judía o que se ha convertido al judaísmo y que no es miembro de otra religión.” [29]

Sección 4-A (a):

“Los derechos de un judío bajo esta Ley y los derechos de un -oleh- bajo la Ley de Nacionalidad, 5712-1952(2), así como los derechos de un -oleh- bajo cualquier otra promulgación, también están otorgados a un hijo y un nieto de un judío, al cónyuge de un judío, al cónyuge de un hijo de un judío y al cónyuge de un nieto de un judío, excepto para una persona que ha sido judío y ha cambiado voluntariamente su religión.” [30]

• Residencia en Israel:

La cuestión de la residencia se aclara al observar las dos siguientes leyes; La Ley de Entrada en Israel (1950) y la Ley de Nacionalidad y Entrada en Israel (Orden Temporal) (2003). Según la Ley de Entrada en Israel, una persona puede ingresar a Israel solo con una visa. [31]

Pero la Ley de Entrada en Israel (Orden Temporal) establece que:

2.”Durante el período en que esta Ley esté en vigor, no obstante, las disposiciones de cualquier ley, incluida la sección 7 de la Ley de Nacionalidad, el ministro del Interior no otorgará la nacionalidad a un residente de los territorios de acuerdo con la Ley de Nacionalidad y no otorgará un permiso de residencia en Israel a un residente de los territorios de acuerdo con la Ley de Entrada en Israel. El comandante territorial no otorgará a dicho residente un permiso para permanecer en Israel de acuerdo con la legislación de defensa en la región.” [32]

La primera sección de la Ley de Nacionalidad y Entrada en Israel (Orden Temporal) define “los territorios” como:

“cada una de estas: Judea y Samaria y la Franja de Gaza.” [33].

Judea y Samaria en el glosario basado en la Torá israelí significa: Cisjordania.

El “residente de los territorios” conforme a la misma ley es:

“‘residente de los territorios’, incluyendo a una persona que vive en los territorios, pero no está registrada en el Registro de Civil de los territorios, excluyendo a un residente de una comunidad israelí en los territorios.” [34]

“Una persona no será registrada como judía por afiliación étnica o religión si una notificación bajo esta Ley u otra entrada en el Registro o un documento público indica que no es judía, siempre y cuando dicha notificación, entrada o documento no haya sido controvertido satisfactoriamente por el Oficial Principal de Registro o siempre y cuando un fallo declarativo de un tribunal o tribunal competente no haya determinado lo contrario.”

En la enmienda de 2005: El residente de los territorios se convirtió en:

“Una persona que está registrada en el Registro Civil de los territorios y una persona que vive en los mismos, aunque no esté registrada en el Registro Civil de los territorios, excluyendo a un residente de un asentamiento israelí en los mismos.” [35]

Además, hay una importante enmienda a la Ley del Registro Civil de 1965, que es relevante para este tema. La enmienda establece que:

1. Alinea A3

• “Para los fines de esta Ley y de cualquier registro o documento en virtud de la misma, ‘judío’ tiene el mismo significado que en la sección 4B de la Ley del Retorno, 5710-1950.” [36]

Por lo tanto:

• El Nazismo dejó en claro brutalmente que solo alguien de sangre alemana puede ser ciudadano, mencionó abruptamente que los judíos (entre otras víctimas del Nazismo) son Persona non grata.
• El Sionismo de manera disimulada dice que solo un judío puede tener la ciudadanía de su Estado. El Sionismo considera a los palestinos de Cisjordania y la Franja de Gaza -cuya mayoría fue expulsada bajo fuego de los territorios que quedaron bajo la ocupación del régimen sionista en 1948-  personas no invitadas, por ende Persona non grata.
• La definición del alemán según el Nazismo era alguien de sangre alemana, mientras que el Sionismo dice que es alguien de madre judía, o un convertido o un judío no practicante, lo que significa una persona de ascendencia judía. Sabiendo que los judíos no forman una Nación, sino unas comunidad religiosa-cultural, el Sionismo resulta ser tan segregacionista como el Nazismo.
• Incluso dentro de Israel, no es el judío quien decide si es judío o no; es el régimen que decide quién es el judío. Lo mismo era cierto del Régimen Nazi. El Sionismo deliberada y premeditadamente se está volviendo cada vez más racista. Las enmiendas continuas han seguido esta trayectoria.
• El Sionismo consiste en trasladar a los judíos a Palestina y establecer un Estado judío llamado Israel, Israel confirma que actúa según una base ideológica sionista.

A diferencia del nazismo, el sionismo oculta su racismo legal.

El sionismo es bastante disimulado en su legislación y programas, mezcla conceptos humanos luminosos con su terminología. Esto se debe a que el Movimiento Sionista, durante la mayor parte de su curso de vida, no fue tan fuerte en términos de fuerza material y no estaba tan establecido en un pedazo de tierra como lo estaba el nazismo. Aunque el sionismo a través de Israel, como su encarnación, estableció un control completo sobre Palestina, en general no tiende a expresarlo explícitamente, al menos antes de los dos gobiernos más recientes. El nacionalismo excluyente, el racismo y la antropofobia se manifestaban en la práctica, pero rara vez se expresaban debido a su necesidad permanente de apoyo de las superpotencias occidentales. Un aspecto fundamental de esta disimulación es la auto victimización, que es un elemento central en la narrativa sionista, que engaña a las personas, desviando emocional y materialmente la culpabilidad por sus acciones contra los palestinos al apropiarse cínicamente de la tragedia del Holocausto. De hecho, muchos sobrevivientes del Holocausto que están en Israel viven en la pobreza y el olvido.[37] [38]

Es importante destacar también que las leyes del Estado de Israel prevalecen sobre la constitución de la OSM desde la declaración del Estado de Israel. Es normal, ya que el principal objetivo de la OSM de establecer el estado de Israel se ha cumplido, y como consecuencia Israel se convirtió en la referencia de facto sionista después de 1948. Los artículos 1, 2, 4 y 6 de la Ley de Estatuto de la Organización Sionista Mundial – Agencia Judía de 1952 aclaran este tema.

Artículo 1

“El Estado de Israel se considera la creación de todo el pueblo judío, y sus puertas están abiertas, de acuerdo con sus leyes, para que todo judío que desee inmigrar a él lo haga.”[40]

Artículo 2

“La Organización Sionista Mundial, desde su fundación hace cinco décadas, encabezó el movimiento y los esfuerzos del pueblo judío para realizar la antigua visión del regreso a su patria y, con la ayuda de otros círculos y organismos judíos, asumió la principal responsabilidad de establecer el Estado de Israel.”[41]

Artículo 4

“El Estado de Israel reconoce a la Organización Sionista Mundial como la agencia autorizada que continuará operando en el Estado de Israel para el desarrollo y asentamiento del país, la absorción de inmigrantes de la Diáspora y la coordinación de las actividades en Israel de instituciones y organizaciones judías activas en esos campos.”[42]

Artículo 6

“El Estado de Israel espera esfuerzos por parte de la Organización Sionista Mundial para lograr esta unidad; si, con este fin, la Organización Sionista, con el consentimiento del Gobierno y la aprobación de la Knesset, decide ampliar su base, el organismo ampliado gozará del estatus conferido a la Organización Sionista Mundial en el Estado de Israel.”[43]

Los términos liberales, democráticos o de derechos humanos empleados tanto en la OSM como en las leyes actuales de Israel están restringidos solo a los judíos por otras leyes o anulados por otras leyes, decretos o incluso por secciones de las mismas leyes. De hecho, ni siquiera todos los judíos en Israel son iguales, como se mencionó anteriormente.

Es imposible separar los actos brutales de Israel contra el pueblo nativo de Palestina de la estructura legal de Israel. Una mirada objetiva a la estructura legislativa de Israel puede indicar que las atrocidades cometidas por Israel se llevan a cabo dentro de un marco legislativo, y ese marco legislativo encuentra su explicación en el canon sionista. Además, dado que el sionismo es un producto de los judíos europeos, Israel tiene una casi exclusividad asquenazí en los centros de poder, por lo que la nomenclatura “Régimen Sionista de Israel” es la definición del estado aplicada por el autor. En otras palabras, los actos inhumanos llevados a cabo por Israel son el resultado de la ideología sionista. Además, la implementación de las aspiraciones ideológicas requiere un poder militar.

La esencia militarista del nazismo y el sionismo

Tras su fundación, el Partido Nazi (fundado en 1920), sucesor del Partido Obrero Alemán (fundado a fines de 1918), formó la facción terrorista SA (Sturmabteilung “División de Asalto”), absorbida en 1929 a la creación de la infame SS (Schutzstaffel “Escuadrón de Protección”). La violencia y el terrorismo fueron indiscutiblemente un motivo en las acciones nazis, ya fuera contra oponentes internos o externos, como han documentado claramente las crónicas históricas.

En el caso sionista, diez años después de la fundación del movimiento sionista, el primer grupo armado terrorista בר גיורא “Bar Giora” (en honor a Simón Bar Giora, líder de la llamada”revuelta judía contra los romanos”) se formó en 1907 en Palestina. Dos años más tarde, “Bar Giora” fue absorbido por la organización terrorista “Hashomer” (השומר: Guardián, Vigilante), cuyo lema era: בדם ואש יהודה נפלה, בדם ואש יהודה תקום Bedam Ve eish Yehuda nafla, Bedam ve eish Yehuda takum. “Con sangre y fuego Judea cayó, con sangre y fuego Judea se levantará”. Fue el predecesor de la “Haganah” (הגנה: Defensa), que se convirtió en la principal organización terrorista en Palestina desde 1920[45] hasta convertirse en el elemento principal en el ejército del Estado sionista de Israel. La “Haganah“, junto con otras organizaciones sionistas extremistas (Itsel y Lehi), cometió una larga lista de masacres contra los palestinos y expulsó a 750.000 de ellos bajo fuego. El alto comisionado del gobierno del británico en Palestina, Alan Cunningham, dijo que las celebraciones de los miembros de las organizaciones terroristas sionistas por su “victoria” sobre los civiles palestinos indefensos, son similares a las celebraciones de los nazis.[46]

El poder militar siempre ha sido central en el pensamiento sionista, antes y durante la operación de expulsión a gran escala de la mayoría de los palestinos de sus hogares en 1948. De hecho, es una parte esencial del Canon Sionista, ya que el ejército es el forjador de identidad israelí.

La Agencia Judía para Israel lo hace público; no duda en anunciar que es en el ejército donde se forma la personalidad del israelí. “El ejército israelí se percibe generalmente como un “constructor de naciones”, una escuela para la identidad y unidad nacional”.[47]

El ejército del estado de Israel continuó y amplificó las tareas de sus predecesores, las organizaciones armadas sionistas. Kaplan menciona la brigada “Nahal“:

“A través del ‘Nahal’ (acrónimo en hebreo de Juventud Combatiente Pionera), el ejército estableció en áreas periféricas y fronterizas asentamientos militares que combinaban la agricultura con la defensa regional. Estos asentamientos generalmente fueron fundados y mantenidos por grupos juveniles sionistas que pasaron tiempo en un kibutz más establecido antes de mudarse al nuevo puesto avanzado. Después de un período inicial, estos puestos avanzados fueron entregados a grupos civiles y generalmente se convirtieron en kibutzim o moshavim. Muchos de los asentamientos israelíes en el Valle del Jordán y el Arava fueron establecidos por el Nahal… Las FDI también han mostrado un interés activo en la educación de nuevos inmigrantes, especialmente en la enseñanza del idioma hebreo. Instructores del ejército fueron enviados a centros de absorción de inmigrantes, Escuelas de Campo y otras instituciones educativas. Programas especiales del ejército para adolescentes de entornos desfavorecidos combinan la instrucción en el aula con el trabajo en una base del ejército. Es importante enfatizar que estos programas no están diseñados para soldados, sino para secciones marginales de la sociedad israelí”.[48]

Al igual que en el caso nazi, el ejército no es simplemente una herramienta para subyugar a los “otros” y crear una autoimagen de superioridad, sino un componente esencial de la entidad e identidad.

Puentes entre “hermanos”

El Régimen Nazi mantuvo lazos estrechos con el Régimen Fascista de Mussolini En Italia y el Régimen Fascista de Franco en España. Las afinidades ideológicas facilitaron la aceptación mutua y la cooperación, a parte de los intereses comunes. Esto también se aplica al Régimen Sionista de Israel, que mantuvo relaciones muy estrechas con el difunto régimen del apartheid en Sudáfrica hasta su último día, y al trato impío entre sionistas y nazis que tenía como objetivo impulsar ambas economías.

En 1933, tanto el nazismo como el sionismo tenían un interés común, ambos firmaron el “Acuerdo de transferencia” o Ha’varah העברה “Transferencia” en hebreo. El Régimen Nazi quería: Romper el boicot judío a los productos alemanes en el Reino Unido y Estados Unidos donde la mayoría de los ricos judíos alemanes habían emigrado, expulsar a los judíos alemanes, y obtener un beneficio económico necesario. El sionismo por su parte quería llevar a tantos judíos como fuera posible a Palestina, y fortalecer su base material y económica.

En una entrevista marcando los 25 años de la publicación del libro: El Acuerdo de Transferencia: La Historia Dramática del Pacto Entre el Tercer Reich y la Palestina Judía, Edwin Black explicó el mecanismo de la Transferencia del siguiente modo:

“Los alemanes tramaron la idea, y los sionistas la llevaron a cabo con ellos. Los bienes alemanes se vendían y, a medida que se concretaban esas ventas, se generaba dinero. En este complejo acuerdo, un judío en Alemania tomaba sus posesiones y activos domésticos y los depositaba en un banco especial llamado PALTREU. Se estableció otro banco, el Banco Anglo-Palestino, ubicado en Palestina, donde se ingresaba el dinero del banco alemán. La Organización Sionista vendía los bienes nazis en todo Oriente Medio y especialmente en Palestina. Los ingresos generados por estas ventas se dirigían al Banco Anglo-Palestino, y este banco proporcionaba el dinero para que los judíos sortearan las restricciones de moneda impuestas por los británicos y pudieran emigrar. En el proceso, los nazis lograron revitalizar su economía y romper el boicot, ya que no se podía boicotear los bienes mientras se transfería a un judío vendiendo esos bienes. Se desarrolló la infraestructura de la Palestina judía: tuberías, acero, cervecerías, hogares, automóviles, autobuses; todos estos productos fabricados en Alemania. Cuando visité Israel por primera vez, me preguntaba ¿por qué había tantos Mercedes-Benz?”[49]

Por lo tanto, los nazis se beneficiaron al expulsar a los judíos, mientras que los sionistas se beneficiaron para invertir en infraestructura y “personas” para su futuro estado. Este proceso de generación de dinero e inmigración judía les sirvió para crear una nueva realidad en Palestina imponiendo más inmigración judía y transformando la economía agrícola de Palestina en una economía industrial controlada por sionistas.

Ghassan Kanafani describió este proceso de la siguiente manera:

“…la inmigración no solo estaba diseñada para asegurar una concentración de capital judío europeo en Palestina que dominaría el proceso de industrialización, sino también para proporcionar a este esfuerzo con un proletariado judío. La política que elevó el lema ‘solo mano de obra judía’ tuvo graves consecuencias, ya que llevó a la rápida aparición del fascismo la comunidad de colonos judíos”.[50]

Es preciso señalar que el proletariado judío mencionado por Kanafani no estaba compuesto exclusivamente por judíos alemanes.

Una minoría de judíos bajo el dominio nazi tenía activos suficientes para poder costear las 1000 libras requeridas por las Autoridades Mandatarias Británicas para permitirles ingresar a Palestina como “inmigrantes capitalistas”[51]. Los británicos querían organizar la inmigración judía y no prevenirla.

En ese momento, el Movimiento Sionista necesitaba desesperadamente recursos financieros y una base material para sostener su proyecto en Palestina, la Haavarah, “Transferencia” ayudo a este fin. El liderazgo sionista se puso pragmáticamente en manos de los asesinos nazis para llevar a algunos judíos a Palestina sin consideración por los pobres judíos que no poseían los activos mínimos necesarios para ser aceptados por las autoridades británicas en Palestina.

El sionismo no tuvo problemas para forjar vínculos con el Régimen Nazi, ya que significaba que el resto de los judíos alemanes, o una gran parte de ellos, serían una fuerza laboral calificada que pagaría el viaje a un país que estaba siendo colonizado y limpiado étnicamente. Esta elección es inmoral, aunque el Sr. Black piensa lo contrario, como dijo en la entrevista que marca los 25 años de la publicación de su libro mencionado anteriormente:

“Es un acuerdo con el diablo, no con los ángeles, es un acuerdo con las personas que quieren matarte. Entonces, básicamente, cada vez que ellos [los sionistas] rescataban a un judío, pagaban a la economía nazi y es peor que eso; quiero decir, hubo muchas dinámicas sobre las que ni siquiera escribí, pero los judíos fueron obligados a rescatar a los judíos de esta manera. Fue una terrible opción que se impuso a los sionistas, pero no se puede culpar a los rehenes cuando el arma esta apuntada a sus cabezas”.[52]

Es razonablemente posible que una las dinámicas no mencionadas, fue resumida por David Ben-Gurion, quien dijo en 1938 delante la asamblea del partido sionista Mapai:

“Si supiera que era posible salvar a todos los niños judíos de Alemania transportándolos a Inglaterra, y solo a la mitad transfiriéndolos a la Tierra de Israel, elegiría esto último, porque ante nosotros no solo están los números de estos niños, sino el cálculo histórico del pueblo de Israel”.[53]

El sionismo en la legislación internacional

Gracias a los logros de los Movimientos de Liberación anticolonialista en todo el mundo después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial y al equilibrio de poder entre Estados Unidos y la ex-URSS, las condiciones globales fueron más favorables para mostrar solemnemente a qué categoría pertenecía el sionismo. La Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas determinó en su resolución 3379 “Eliminación de todas las formas de discriminación racial” que el sionismo es una forma de racismo y discriminación racial.[54]

La resolución, adoptada en 1975, se basó en una serie de declaraciones y resoluciones realizadas por la ONU, así como en muchos hechos históricos. La resolución 3379 recuerda la Declaración 1904 “Declaración sobre la eliminación de todas las formas de discriminación racial”, que provee que algunas de “las manifestaciones de discriminación racial que aún existen en el mundo son impuestas por determinados gobiernos mediante disposiciones legislativas, administrativas o de otra índole”[55]. Como se explicó anteriormente, este es el caso de Israel hasta hoy.

La misma resolución “Eliminación de todas las formas de discriminación racial” recuerda la resolución 3151 G (XXVIII) de la Asamblea General de la ONU del 14 de diciembre de 1973, donde “la Asamblea General condenó, entre otras cosas, la alianza impía entre el racismo sudafricano y el sionismo”[56]. Este párrafo se basa en un hecho histórico.

La Declaración de México sobre la Igualdad de las Mujeres y su Contribución al Desarrollo y la Paz de 1975, proclamada por la Conferencia Mundial del Año Internacional de la Mujer, está presente en esta resolución, y su 24º principio dice:

” la paz y la cooperación internacionales exigen el logro de la liberación nacional y la independencia, la eliminación del colonialismo y del neocolonialismo, de la ocupación extranjera, del sionismo, del apartheid y de la discriminación racial en todas sus formas, así como el reconocimiento de la dignidad de los pueblos y su derecho a la libre determinación.”[57]

La resolución 3379 “Eliminación de todas las formas de discriminación racial” también se basa en otras declaraciones legales y resoluciones internacionales. Aunque no llevó a pasos concretos para sancionar al Estado racista sionista de Israel, su propia adopción fue un logro, al menos a nivel moral.

La resolución 3379 fue revocada en 1991, cuando la Unión Soviética era una silueta vacía, 9 días antes de dejar de existir. El colapso de la Unión Soviética, la mentalidad estéril del liderazgo palestino y su traición a la lucha de su pueblo crearon un ambiente favorable para una maniobra inteligente del sionismo; Israel logró la revocación de la resolución 3379, que fue una condición para su participación en la Conferencia de Paz de Madrid.

El 16 de diciembre de 1991, la Asamblea General de la ONU emitió la resolución 46/86 de una sola línea que decía, sin ninguna justificación legal: “La Asamblea General decide revocar la determinación que figura en su resolución 3379″[58]. Aunque la base legal de las declaraciones y resoluciones sobre las que se basaba la resolución revocada sigue siendo aplicable.

Conclusión

El sionismo y el nazismo surgieron del mismo caldo de cultivo, ambos son ideologías racistas y violentas en la práctica, que creen en la superioridad de un grupo de personas sobre otros grupos. La gente sabe que “nazi” y “alemán” no son sinónimos, pero la propaganda sionista está confundiendo a la gen

te al equiparar “judío” y “sionista”. El hecho de que los judíos fueran víctimas (entre otros) y fueran perseguidos brutalmente por los nazis ayudó a los sionistas a difundir con éxito su desinformación y crear un tabú nominal sobre cuestionar y juzgar lógicamente al sionismo.

El nazismo y el sionismo son objetivamente similares en cuanto a la opresión, la ocupación y el desprecio de la vida humana. Lo que hace el sionismo no es simplemente un caso de “identificación con el agresor”, sino más bien un racismo agresivo intrínseco del mismo tipo que el del nazismo, pero en una escala menor y en un espacio limitado. No solo por la emancipación real de los judíos y de los palestinos, sino también por el bien de la verdad, la paz justa y la convivencia en esta tierra, el sionismo debe ser condenado y eliminado, esperando que esto no cueste la humanidad lo que le costó para acabar con el monstro nazi.

Nazism and Zionism, a difference of grade or a difference of essence?

From the southeastern corner of Palestine which has been transformed by the Zionism into the biggest open air prison: Gaza Strip.

To the memories of all the Jews and non Jews who perished during the holocaust and who suffered from the Nazi oppression.

To the memories of all the Palestinians who perished and still perish at the hands of the Zionism, and who suffer from many forms of discrimination since the Nakba.

For a future without racism or injustice and without any disguised crimes.

For a just peace in a new Palestine between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea where people who speak Arabic and Hebrew live in equality.

Is it indecent to compare Zionism to Nazism?

Zionism didn’t obviously exterminate millions of people as Nazism did. At present the Zionists are destroying patiently the Palestinian society via ethnic cleansing and massacres. The Nazis had planned and carried out genocide.

This paper will examine the founding texts of these two supremacist ideologies.

Nazism and Zionism, a difference of grade or a difference of essence?

Instructions to soldiers that give them a free reign to shoot and kill Palestinians for mere suspicion -or de facto killing who is not a Jew[1] [2], enablement of settlers to acquire weapons for use against Palestinians[3] [4], racist segregation of roads and public spaces[5] [6], laws that legalize and institutionalize racism, discrimination, segregation in all aspects as well as violence against the native people of Palestine, massacres against civilians, subjugating civilians to abandon their homeland under fire, use of civilians and children as human shields[7] [8], militarization, systematic use of torture against prisoners and using them for medical experiments[9] [10], treatment of a population as guinea pigs… etc.

A long list of inhumane atrocities which characterize the Modus Operandi of the Zionist Regime of Israel against another people inside its own space. In this comparative study the author tries to demonstrate that those atrocities did not and are not taking place as an outcome of a purely operational perverted protective attitude, but taking place from an ideological standpoint, a Zionist standpoint. Jews were subjugated to similar acts of a bigger size, acts which took place from an ideological stand point, a Nazi standpoint. The Palestinians ironically are subjugated to a very similar kind of acts by the Zionist Regime of Israel which falsely claims that it is the heir of Jews’ suffering throughout history.

Furthermore, the author will try to demonstrate the similarities between the two ideologies and substantiate that what took place in Germany and the rest of land occupied by the Nazi Regime from 1933 to 1945 and what took and takes place in Palestine since the beginnings of the 20^th century until now are the outcomes of two essentially analogous anthropophobic ideologies: Nazism and Zionism, carried out by two racist regimes who act in the same way but with a different pace: The Nazi Regime and that of the Zionist State of Israel.

The common socio-economic roots of Nazism and Zionism

The turbulent times of change from the feudal socio-economic structure to the capitalist socio-economic structure, marked with the rise of national questions and national states and workers parties through which Europe went since the French Revolution in 1789 until the end of the World War II (WW2) in 1945, gave birth to many counterrevolutionary chauvinist ultranationalist movements. Nazism and Zionism are not just two of these movements, but they have “interesting bonds”.

The Nazi movement was born in the post World War I (WW1) Germany, a violent racist nationalist counterrevolutionary movement with populist propaganda in a defeated and economically devastated country. It is within the nascent Weimar Republic that the seeds of organized racism and chauvinism grew up to form Nazism taking advantage of the very broad democratic reforms, the popular need of rapid economic improvement, and of the exercised pressure from the victorious countries in WW2 on Germany’s economy and sovereignty-among other factors.

In the Jewish communities in Eastern and Central Europe, Zionism grew up within the Haskalah Movement. (Haskalahהשכלה: “Education”, “Culture”, “Getting intelligence”, or “Using the mind/the reason”). The Haskalah was the Jewish participation in the Enlightenment movement in Europe between the 17^th and the 19^th centuries. Many Jews began to think out of the Ghetto box, that box which formed part of an obsolete socio-economic order. The Haskalah opened the susceptible Ghetto, this openness which was to lead Jews to integration into their surroundings, also gave birth to Zionism; a minority camp inside the Jewish communities, emanated as a counterrevolutionary chauvinist movement, taking advantage of, and in many times nourished by the racism of the European societies, the poverty of the majority of Jews and the interests of the newly formed capitalist regimes which were eager to jump on the rich and weak orient. Zionism has followed the steps of the European nationalisms as Yakov Rabkin reminds:

“… Zionism takes as its example the organic nationalisms of Central and Eastern Europe, where nationalists were struggling to create a state, to set up legal and political structures for an already existing nation. Contacts with the exclusive aspects of German, Polish or Ukrainian nationalism were to exert a long-term influence on the Zionist movement and Israeli society.”[11]

Nazism was not the mainstream current in the German society, even when the Nazi Party reached the power it had to form a coalition to stay in the lead until Hitler’s upheaval of 1933. Zionism also was not the mainstream current within Jewish communities, it was a minority refused by the Orthodox Jews and the secular Jews evenly. Robert Rockaway confirms that:

“Zionism was a minority view point among the Jewish people. It was electrifying to the youth, while at the same time, undermining the authority of the parents who were trying to survive. It was critical of the leaders, a challenge to the traditional leadership of the diasporic community.”[12]

Although it did not have any mandate or popular support to represent world Jewry, Zionism went forward in developing its plans, holding its congresses and moving persecuted Jews to Palestine. The liberal Zionist thinker Zeev Sternhell described the Zionist spirit as the following:

“If only a minority of the Jewish people identified with Zionism, that did not mean that the movement has to submit to the majority, rather it meant that the minority’s duty was to lead the movement in the right direction”[13]

Actually the connotation of the famous determined saying of Theodor Herzel summarizes the status of Zionism:

“If you want it, there is no legend!”[14]

Zionism and Nazism; One is dissimulated, the other is not.

It is impossible to talk about Zionism without talking about Israel, because Israel as a state is the outcome of the Zionist movement’s endeavor. The history, the present and the future of Israel is the very history, present and future of Zionism itself. In order to achieve that outcome and to maintain the Zionist Project, a dissimulated method with maximal effects has been developed by Zionists time and again. Ilan Pappe describes the major act of ethnic cleansing committed by the Zionist movement, the forced expulsion of more than 750.000 Palestinians, known as the Nakba (Nakbaنكبة “Calamity”) as following:

“When it created its nation-state, the Zionist movement did not wage a war that ‘tragically but inevitably’ led to the expulsion of ‘parts of’ the indigenous population, but the other way round: the main goal was the ethnic cleansing of all of Palestine, which the movement coveted for its new state.”[15]

On the 15^th of May 1948 the president of the World Zionist Organization WZO David Ben-Gurion declared the establishment of a Jewish State known as Israel, The flag and anthem used by the WZO were adopted by the State of Israel in 1948. In front of the “Jewish People’s Council” the main organism of the Jewish immigrants in Palestine which was working under the umbrella of the Zionist Movement, and representatives of the Zionist Movement itself, Ben-Gurion inaugurated a new phase in the Zionist Project, the phase of the State which carries out an organized and a slow-motion ethnic cleansing but includes the terminology of Democracy, Equality and Rights in a contradictory speech. Ilan Pappe says that:

“…with time, the Zionist whitewash of words proved so successful in inventing a new language to camouflage the devastating impact of its practices.”[16]

The Zionist rhetoric is quite dissimulated unlike the Nazi’s. One can argue that the Nazi regime was powerful enough to be indifferent to any reaction, meanwhile The Zionist Regime still required and requires some international support. But the frequency of cruelties committed by the Israeli war machine, and the indifferent speech[17]of the current generation of Zionist leaders born in Israel and inspired by the ultra-nationalism and racism at the cost of the indigenous Palestinians[18][19] are dismantling more and more that dissimulation. Acts of violence of the Zionist Regime of Israel are so brutal against the Palestinians, that the Israeli professor Yeshayahu Leibowitz came to the conclusion that a Nazi mentality among some Israelis is a fact impossible to ignore. He called them Judeo-Nazis[20]. If Leibowitz had lived to see the boom of settlements and the violence of settlers and the Israeli army in the West Bank and the Israeli massacres in Gaza Strip as well as the slow-motion transfer of the Palestinians who are inside the territories occupied in 1948 (i.e Israel) he would have said that Judeo-Nazism is the character of the Zionist Regime of Israel.

The Nazi and Zionist perspectives

In the quest of shedding the light on how both regimes see themselves and the “others”, the author will go straight to the charter of the Nazi Party or the 25 Points of Hitler’s Nazi Party. The author will then go to the constitution of the WZO and some important Israeli laws and practices in a comparative approach in order to point out the essential analogy of Nazism and Zionism.

The first point of the 25 Points Program of the Nazi Party says:

• “We demand the uniting of all Germans within one Greater Germany, on the basis of the right to self-determination of nations.”[21]

This matches the first section of the second article of the first chapter of the WZO Constitution which says:

• “The Zionist Program was defined by the First Zionist Congress in Basle as follows: ‘The aim of Zionism is to create for the Jewish people a home in Eretz Israel secured by public law.’ ”[22]

The second section of the same article says:

• “The Jerusalem Program, as defined by the Zionist General Council in 2004, is as follows: ‘Zionism, the national liberation movement of the Jewish people, brought about the establishment of the State of Israel, and views a Jewish, Zionist, democratic and secure State of Israel to be the expression of the common responsibility of the Jewish people for its continuity and future.’ ”[23]

In the second section, the foundations of Zionism are 6, the first 2 are:

• “The unity of the Jewish people, its bond to its historic homeland Eretz Yisrael, and the centrality of the State of Israel and Jerusalem, its capital, in the life of the nation;…”[24]
• “Aliyah”[25]from all countries and the effective integration of all immigrants into Israeli Society.”[26]

Therefore, the following conclusions can be drawn:

• Both Nazism and Zionism look for the establishment of an entity, for union in the Nazi case and for unity of the Jewish people and Aliyah in the Zionist case.
• The next step was obtaining a sort of legal wrapping. Nazism used the term self-determination while Zionism uses “public law” referring to national and International Law.
• The entities’ borders are not defined. Nazism seeks a Great Germany, Zionism seeks a home in an unclear and controversial “Eretz Israel”. This means that both have expansionist ambitions.

The 4th point of the Nazi Program says:

“Only Nationals (Volksgenossen) can be Citizens of the State. Only persons of German blood can be Nationals, regardless of religious affiliation. No Jew can therefore be a German National.”[27]

Zionism is dissimulated here, but a look at the Israeli laws shows that it is not really different, according to the Israeli Nationality Law (1952) Israel nationality is acquired only by:

Return, Residence in Israel, Birth, and Naturalization. The 2 first points are the most important in this regard.

• Return

In section 2 of this law, Return is explained in accordance with the Law Of Return.  According to the Law Of Return, Section1:

“Every Jew has the right to come to this country as an Oleh.”[28]

(Olehעולה“an immigrating Jew to Palestine”).

Not until 1970 was an amendment to this law made in which a Section was added with a definition of Jew:

Section 4-B:

“For the purposes of this Law, ‘Jew’ means a person who was born of a Jewish mother or has become converted to Judaism and who is not a member of another religion.”[29]

Section 4-A (a)

“The rights of a Jew under this Law and the rights of an -oleh- under the Nationality Law, 5712-1952(2), as well as the rights of an -oleh- under any other enactment, are also vested in a child and a grandchild of a Jew, the spouse of a Jew, the spouse of a child of a Jew and the spouse of a grandchild of a Jew, except for a person who has been a Jew and has voluntarily changed his religion.”[30]

• Residence in Israel.

The residence issue becomes clearer by having a look at the two following laws; The Entry into Israel Law (1950) and the Nationality and Entry Into Israel (Temporary Order) Law (2003). According to the Entry Into Israel Law a person can enter Israel only with a visa[31]. But the Entry Into Israel (Temporary Order) Law provides that:

2. “During the period in which this Law shall be in effect, notwithstanding the provisions of any law, including section 7 of the Nationality Law, the Minister of Interior shall not grant a resident of the region nationality pursuant to the Nationality Law and shall not give a resident of the region a permit to reside in Israel pursuant to the Entry Into Israel Law. The regional commander shall not give such resident a permit to stay in Israel pursuant to the defense legislation in the region.”[32]

The first section of Nationality and Entry Into Israel (Temporary Order) Law defines “region” as: 

“each of these: Judea and Samaria and the Gaza Strip.”[33].

Judea and Samaria in the Israeli toratic-based glossary means: West Bank.

The “resident of the region” according to the same law is:

“‘resident of the region’ including a person who lives in the region but is not registered in the region’s Population Registry, excluding a resident of an Israeli community in the region.”[34]

In the 2005 amendment: The resident of the region became:

“A person who is registered in the region’s Population Registry and a person who lives in the region even if he is not registered in the region’s Population Registry excluding a resident of an Israeli settlement in the region.”[35]

In addition to the above mentioned, there is an important amendment to the Population Registry Law 1965, which is relevant to this issue, The amendment states that:  ِAlinea A3

1. “A person shall not be registered as a Jew by ethnic affiliation or religion if a notification under this Law or another entry in the Registry or a public document indicates that he is not a Jew, so long as the said notification, entry or document has not been controverted to the satisfaction of the Chief Registration Officer or so long as declaratory judgment of a competent court or tribunal has not otherwise determined.”

2. “For the purposes of this Law and of any registration or document thereunder, ‘Jew’ has the same meaning as in section 4B of the Law Of Return, 5710-1950.”[36]

Therefore:

• Nazism made it brutally clear that only someone of German blood can be a citizen, it mentioned abruptly that Jews (among the victims of Nazism) are Persona non grata.
• Zionism in a dissimulated way says that only a Jew can hold the nationality of its state. Zionism considers the Palestinians of West Bank and Gaza Strip – whose majority had been expelled under fire from the territories which became under the occupation of the Zionist regime, uninvited hence Persona non grata.
• The definition of a German according to Nazism was someone of German blood, while Zionism said it is someone of a Jewish mother, or a converted or a non-practicing Jew which means a person of Jewish descent. Knowing that Jews do not form a Nation, but a religious-cultural community, Zionism proves to be as segregational as Nazism.
• Ironically Nazism talked about Citizenship, while Zionism talks about Nationality. In the authorized translation of the Israeli laws which the author used[37], the Hebrew term “Izrakhut אזרחות” was translated as “Nationality”, though it means “Citizenship” as well.
• Even inside Israel, it is not the Jew who decides whether he or she is Jewish; the regime decides who the Jew is. The same was true of the Nazi Regime. Zionism deliberately and in a predetermined way is becoming more and more racist. The continuous amendments have followed this trajectory.
• Zionism consists of moving the Jews to Palestine and establishing a Jewish State called Israel, Israel confirms that it acts according to a Zionist ideological base.

Unlike Nazism, Zionism conceals its legal racism

Zionism is quite dissimulated in its legislation and programs, it uses bright human concepts in its terminology. This is due to the fact that the Zionist Movement during the majority of its course of life was not as strong as the Nazism in terms of material force and was not well established in a piece of land as was Nazism. Even though Zionism through Israel as its embodiment established complete control of Palestine, it doesn’t tend in general to express this explicitly -at least prior to the most recent two governments. The exclusivist nationalism, racism and anthropophobia was manifest in practice but rarely expressed due to its permanent need of support from Western superpowers. A fundamental aspect of this dissimulation is the self-victimization central to the Zionist narrative, misleading people, emotionally and materially diverting culpability for its actions against Palestinians by cynically misappropriating the tragedy of the Holocaust. In fact many Holocaust survivors who are in Israel[38] live in poverty and oblivion[39].

It is important also to spotlight the fact that the Laws of the State of Israel prevail over the WZO constitution as from the declaration of the State of Israel. It is normal since the main objective of the WZO to establish the state of Israel has been accomplished, and as a consequence Israel became the de jure Zionist reference after 1948. Articles 1, 2, 4 and 6 of the 1952 World Zionist Organization – Jewish Agency Status Law clarify this issue.

“The State of Israel regards itself as the creation of the entire Jewish people, and its gates are open, in accordance with its laws, to every Jew wishing to immigrate to it.”[40]

Article 2

“The World Zionist Organisation, from its foundation five decades ago, headed the movement and efforts of the Jewish people to realise the age-old vision of the return to its homeland and, with the assistance of other Jewish circles and bodies, carried the main responsibility for establishing the State of Israel.”[41]

Article 4

“The State of Israel recognises the World Zionist Organisation as the authorised agency which will continue to operate in the State of Israel for the development and settlement of the country, the absorption of immigrants from the Diaspora and the coordination of the activities in Israel of Jewish institutions and organisations active in those fields.”[42]

Article 6

“The State of Israel expects efforts on the part of the World Zionist Organisation for achieving this unity; if, to this end, the Zionist Organisation, with the consent of the Government and the approval of the Knesset, should decide to broaden its basis, the enlarged body will enjoy the status conferred upon the World Zionist Organisation in the State of Israel.”[43]

Liberal, Democratic or Human Rights terms employed in both the WZO and current Israeli laws are restricted only to Jews by other laws or annulled by other laws, enactments or even by sections of the same laws. In fact not even all the Jews in Israel itself are equal as mentioned before.

It is impossible to separate the brutal acts of Israel against the native people of Palestine from the legal structure of Israel. An objective look at the legislative structure of Israel can tell that the atrocities committed by Israel take place within a legislative framework, and that legislative framework finds its explanation in the Zionist cannon. Besides, since Zionism is a product of European Jews, Israel has an almost Ashkenazi exclusivity at the centers of power[44], so the nomenclature: Zionist Regime of Israel is the definition of the state applied by the author. In other words; the inhumane acts carried out by Israel, are the result of the Zionist ideology. Furthermore, this implementation of the ideology’s aspirations requires a military power.

The militarist core of Nazism and Zionism

After its foundation, the Nazi Party (founded in 1920) which was the successor of the German Workers’ Party (founded in late 1918), formed the SA (Sturmabteilung “Assault Division”) terrorist faction, absorbed in 1929 by the creation of the infamous SS (Schutzstaffel “Protective Echelon”). Violence and terrorism were indisputably a motif in the Nazi actions whether against internal or external opponents, as historical chronicles have clearly documented.

In the Zionist case, ten years after the foundation of the Zionist movement, the first armed terrorist group בר גיורא“Bar Giora” (After Simon Bar Giora, a leader of the “Judean revolt against Romans”) had been formed in 1907 in Palestine. Two years later, “Bar Giora” was absorbed by the “Hashomer” (השומר: Guardian, Watchman) terrorist organization whose coat of arms carried the following motto: בדם ואש יהודה נפלה, בדם ואש יהודה תקוםBedam Ve eish Yehuda nafla, Bedam ve eish Yehuda takum. “With blood and fire Judea falled, with blood and fire Judea will rise”. It was the predecessor to the “Haganah” (הגנה: Defense) which became the major terrorist organization in Palestine since 1920 [45] until it became the main ingredient in the army of the Zionist State of Israel. The “Haganah” along with other extremist Zionist organizations (Itsel and Lehi) committed a long list of massacres against Palestinians and drove out 750.000 of them under fire. The British government’s high commissioner for Palestine Alan Cunningham said that the celebrations of the members of the Zionist terrorist organizations’ “victory” over the unarmed Palestinian civilians, is like the celebrations of the Nazis.[46]

Military power has been always central in the Zionist thinking, before and during the large-scale operation of expulsion of most of Palestinians from their homes in 1948. As a matter of fact it is an essential part of the Zionist Canon, since the military is the Israeli Identity Maker.

The Jewish Agency for Israel makes it public; it doesn’t hesitate in announcing that it is in the army where the personality of the Israeli is made. “The Israeli army is generally perceived as a “nation builder” – a school for national identity and unity”.[47]

The army of the Israeli state continued and magnified the tasks of its predecessors, the Zionist armed organizations. Kaplan gives the “Nahal” brigade as an example:

“Through the “Nahal” (Hebrew acronym for Fighting Pioneering Youth), the army established in outlying and border areas, military settlements that combined farming with regional defense. These settlements were usually founded and maintained by Zionist youth groups that spent time in a more established kibbutz before moving to the new outpost. After an initial period, these outposts were turned over to civilian groups and generally became kibbutzim or moshavim.

 Many of the Israeli settlements in the Jordan Valley and the Arava were established by the Nahal…The IDF has also taken an active interest in the education of new immigrants, especially in the teaching of the Hebrew language. Army instructors were sent to centers of immigrant absorption, Field Schools and other educational institutions. Special army programs for teenagers from disadvantaged backgrounds combine classroom instruction with work on an army base. It should be emphasized that these programs are not designed for soldiers but for marginal sections of Israeli society.”[48]

Like in the Nazi case, the military is not a mere tool of subduing the “others” and creating a self-image of superiority, but an essential component of the entity and identity.

Bridges between “brothers”

The Nazi Regime held strict ties with the Fascist Regime of Mussolini and the Fascist Regime of Spain’s Franco. The ideological affinities made mutual acceptance and cooperation much easier, in addition to the common interests. This is also applicable to the Zionist Regime of Israel, which maintained very close relations with the former apartheid regime in South Africa until its last day, and to the unholy deal between Zionists and Nazis which aimed to boost both economies.

In 1933 both Nazism and Zionism had a common interest, both signed the “Transfer agreement” or Ha’varah העברה “Transfer” in Hebrew. The Nazi Regime wanted to break the Jewish boycott of German products in UK and USA where the majority of rich German Jews had emigrated, to expel German Jews and make a useful economical profit, whereas Zionism wanted to bring as many Jews as possible to Palestine and strengthen its material and economic base.

In an interview marking 25 years of the publication of the book: The Transfer Agreement: The Dramatic Story of the Pact Between the Third Reich and Jewish Palestine, Edwin Black explains the mechanism of the Transfer:

“The Germans concocted the idea and the Zionists concocted it with them. That German goods would be sold and as German good were sold, the money would be produced. A Jew in Germany in this complex arrangement would take his per stall household positions and assets and put them in a special bank, and that bank was called PALTREU. That our second bank was set up, called the Anglo-Palestine Bank and that bank was in Palestine, the money would be put into the German bank, the Nazi good would be sold by the Zionist Organization across the middle-east and especially in Palestine. When the goods were sold they generate revenue which went to the Anglo-Palestine Bank, the Anglo-Palestine Bank then provided the money for the Jews to bypass the currency restriction that the British has imposed and they would come in. In the process the Nazis could restore their economy, the Nazis could break the boycott because you could not transfer a Jew by selling the goods and at the same time boycott the goods, the infrastructure of Jewish Palestine was built up; pipes, steel, breweries, homes, cars, buses, all of these things German made, and I wondered when I first went to Israel, why are there so many Mercedes-Benz.”[49]

Therefore, Nazis profited from expelling Jews, while Zionists profited to invest in infrastructure and “people” for their future state. This process of generating money and Jewish immigration served them to create a new reality in Palestine by imposing more Jewish immigration and transforming the agricultural economy of Palestine into an industrial economy held by Zionists.

Ghassan Kanafani described this process as following:

“…the immigration was not only designed to ensure a concentration of European Jewish capital in Palestine, that was to dominate the process of industrialisation, but also to provide this effort with a Jewish proletariat. The policy that raised the slogan of ‘Jewish labour only’ was to have grave consequences, as it led to the rapid emergence of fascist patterns in the society of Jewish settlers.”[50]

It should be noted that the Jewish proletariat mentioned by Kanafani was not made of German Jews in general, but rather of immigrants from the former Russian empire.

A minority of Jews under Nazi rule had enough assets to afford the 1000 Pounds required by the British Mandatory Authorities to let them into Palestine as “Capitalist immigrants”[51]. The British wanted to organize the Jewish immigration and not to prevent it.

At that time the Zionist Movement was in a big need of financial resources and material base to sustain its project in Palestine, the Haavarah, “Transfer” served in that direction. The Zionist leadership pragmatically put themselves in the hands of the Nazi assassins to bring some Jews to Palestine without consideration for the poor Jews who didn’t possess the minimum required assets necessary to be proven to the British Mandatory authorities in Palestine.

Zionism had no problem to forge links with the Nazi Regime since it meant that the rest of the German Jews –or a big part of them- were to be a qualified labor force that would pay the trip to a country that was in process of being colonized and ethnically cleansed. That choice is immoral even if Mr. Black thinks otherwise as he said in the interview that marks 25 years of publishing his book mentioned below:

 “It’s a deal with the devil, not with the angels, it’s a deal with the people who want to kill you. So basically, every time they [The Zionists] rescued a Jew, they paid into the Nazi economy and it’s worse than that; I mean there were many dynamics that I never even wrote about, but the Jews were compelled to rescue Jews in this fashion. It was a terrible choice that was trusted upon the Zionists, but you do not blame the hostages with the gun at their foreheads.”[52]

May be one of the unmentioned dynamics is resumed by David Ben-Gurion:

“If I knew that it was possible to save all the Jewish children of Germany by transporting them to England, and only half by transferring them to the Land of Israel, I would choose the latter, for before us lies not only the numbers of these children but the historical reckoning of the people of Israel.”[53]

Zionism in the international legislation

Thanks to the achievements of the Liberation Movements across the world after WW2 and the balance of power between the US and the ex-USSR, the global conditions were more favorable to show solemnly to which category Zionism belonged. The United Nations General Assembly determined in its resolution 3379 “Elimination of all forms of racial discrimination” that Zionism is a form of racism and racial discrimination.[54]

The resolution which has been adopted in 1975 was based on a series of declarations, and resolutions made by the UN itself as well as many historical facts. The 3379 resolution says that it recalls Declaration 1904  “Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination” which states that “the manifestations of racial discrimination still in evidence in some areas in the world, some of which are imposed by certain Governments by means of legislative, administrative or other measures”[55] As explained previously, this is the case of Israel until today.

The same resolution “Elimination of all forms of racial discrimination” recalls the UN General Assembly’s resolution 3151 G (XXVIII) of 14 December 1973, where “the General Assembly condemned, inter alia, the unholy alliance between South African racism and Zionism”[56]. This paragraph is based on a historical fact.

The Declaration of Mexico on the Equality of Women and Their Contribution to Development and Peace 1975, proclaimed by the World Conference of the International Women’s Year, is present in this resolution, its 24^th principle says:

“International co-operation and peace require the achievement of national liberation and independence, the elimination of colonialism and neo-colonialism, foreign occupation, Zionism, apartheid, and racial discrimination in all its forms as well as the recognition of the dignity of peoples and their right to self-determination.”[57]

Resolution 3379 “Elimination of all forms of racial discrimination” is based also on other legal declarations and international resolutions. Although it didn’t lead to concrete steps to sanction the racist Zionist state of Israel, its existence itself was an achievement at least on a moral level.

Resolution 3379 has been revoked in 1991, when the Soviet Union was a hollow silhouette, 9 days before it ceased to exist. The collapse of the Soviet Union, the infertile thinking of the Palestinian leadership and its betrayal to the struggle of its people created a favorable atmosphere for a smart Zionist maneuver; Israel brought about the revocation of resolution 3379, a condition of its participation in the Madrid Peace Conference.

On the 16^th of December 1991, the UN General Assembly issued the 46/86 resolution of one line saying without any legal justification: “The General Assembly decides to revoke the determinations contained in its resolution 3379”[58]. Even though the legal basis of the declarations and resolutions on which the revoked resolution was based, are still applicable.

Conclusion

Zionism and Nazism emerged from the same breeding ground, both of which in practice were racist and violent ideologies which believe in the superiority of a group of people over other groups of people. People know that “Nazi” and “German” don’t match, but the Zionist propaganda is misleading people by matching “Jewish” and “Zionist”. The fact that Jews were victims (among others) and savagely persecuted by the Nazis helped the Zionists to disseminate successfully their disinformation, and create a Nominal Taboo about questioning and logically judging Zionism.

Nazism and Zionism are objectively similar in the scope of oppression, occupation and disrespect for human life. What Zionism does is not a mere case of “Identification with the aggressor”, but rather an intrinsic aggressive racism of the same kind as Nazism’s but in a smaller scale and in a limited space. Not only for the real emancipation of the Jews themselves and of the Palestinians, but for the sake of truth, just peace and common living in this land, Zionism must be convicted and eliminated, hopefully not with the same cost that humanity paid to quell the Nazi beast.

Atentados de Cataluña, Porque? y como acabar con eso? Reflexion y propuestas

En cuanto a los ataques terroristas criminales en Barcelona y Cambrils, y antes los atques en Afghanistan, Argelia, Solmalia, Iraq, Siria, Nigeria, Mali, Indonesia, Pakistan, Europa…

Porque la tortilla es cojonuda? Acaso es por las patatas? o la cebolla? o el aceite? Yo creo que es debido a todo eso junto, entre otras cosas.

Porque entonces ocurren ataques terroristas como lo de Barcelona? y quien es el responsable? Acaso es el Islam? o el dinero del petrodolar de los paises arabes del golfo persico? O de meter la pata en Afghanistan,Iraq, Siria por parte de los paises “occidentales”? O la inmigracion hacia Europa y Occidente? O debido a la malisima integracion en las sociedades “occidentales”? O debido al sistema de educacion y el sistema judicial en Occidente?

Yo creo que es debido a todo esto junto… entre otras cosas.

El Islam es como todas las religiones, tiene varias interpretaciones, versiones. PERO HAY QUE DARSE CUENTA QUE El ISLAM tiene un conteido revolucionario, un valor bueno: ES un deber reaccionar activamente contra la injusticia”, es algo bueno, pero si no esta bien encaminado llevara a malas consecuencias.

Desgraciadamente hay una version muy excluvista que considera TODO lo demas como infiel que merece la muerte, todas las personas que no adoptan esta version -incluso los otros musulmanes merecen la muerte- esta version es conocida como “salfismo yihadista” Assalafiya Alyihadia السلفية الجهادية (en arabe: luchadora inspirada por los ancestros). y Es diferente en modos operando del “Salafismo de conocimiento” السلفية العلمية Assalafiya Al’ilmiya que cree solo en predicar (pero de libros oscurantistas y obsoletos).

La cristiandad, el budhismo tambien tienen versiones cerradas y criminales, Klu Klux Kan, Los exterminstas buhdistas en Mianmar…etc.

Esta version cerrada reaparicio de nuevo en el siglo 20, con dinero de Arabia Saudi para traer a jovenes para luchar contra “los infieles comunistas que invadieron Afghanistan” (La invasion Sovietica de dicho pais). Esto se hizo para a la vez se desahoga de la joventud que esta harta de la corrupcion e injusticia en los paises arabo-muslmanes, y para dar servicio al EE.UU.

Esta movida de Afghanistan lanzo “chispas” en todo el mundo, mucha gente volvio de esta guerra con muchas ideas perversas, alimentadas por la injusticia en el mundo y apoyadas sobre una mala colocacion del contenido “revolucionario” del Islam. Esto se tradujo en Al-Qaeda, y despues en DAESH…Vete tu a saber en que se traducira en el futuro si no se trata la enfermedad dese los raices.

Esta version cerrada (Safalismo Yihadista) se basa sobre una lectura miope de los textos del Coran y se basa sbore mucho dichos atribuidos al Profeta Mohammad, dichos que fueron inventados 200 anios despues de la muerte del profeta en el siglo VII, invetados para justificar las masacres cometidas por los nuevos poderes politcos en el la zona del emperio arabo-musulman en aquellos tiempos.

Dicha version cerrada se basa en interpretaciones retrasadas y dogmaticas del Coran como como los libros de interpretacions de ALyalalain, Alqurtobi, Ibno Kazir, Sayyid Qutb, Asha’araui…etc y de libros de Hadith (dichos del profeta) como Albujari, Muslim, y libros de juriprudencia de sheijs oscurantistas como Tahaui, Ibn Taimiya, Sayyid Qutb, Al-Albani, Fathi Yakan, Al-Qarni y otras predicamentos de Sheijs Wahhabi (seguidores de Mohammad Ibn Abdel Wahhab de Arabia Saudi) como Al-Arifi, Alfozan, Ibn O’zaimin…etc, que desprecian la mujer, desprecian la ciencia, concideran todas las presonas que no piensa como ellos como infieles que merecen que sean “castigados”.

En finales del siglo 19 reaparicio un corriente ilumiado abierto a la ciencia, la musica, la libertad de pensar y creer, a los demas, tolerante, civilizado..etc (sus primeras aparencias son con la aparencia del Islam mismo) pero en este momento historico la invasion, la colonisacion por los poderes imperialistas occidentales dio un golpe grave a este corriente y no se dio mas oportunidad de escuchar a este corriente. La version cerrada gano mas voz porque el occidente “infiel” vino a masacrar y robar asi que no se puede fiar en sus “valores” de laicidad, secularismo y democracia…

De hecho las sociedades arabo-musulmanas viven una crisis de desarrollo, sobretodo despues de la descolonizacion y la independencia de estos paises en el siglo XX, crisis en terminos de la relacion entre religion e Estado, libertades, democracia, justicia social…etc. Todos los Estados de paises arabo-musulmanes (Igual Tunes esta haciendo pocos pasos importantes adelante) manipulan la religion para fines politicos, todos esos paises tienen Ministerios de Asuntos Religiosos, todos mantienen la propaganda oscurantista resignante para que las sociedades se queden en oscurantismo y no piensen en el orgien economico y politico de sus males.

La verdad es que la grandisisima mayoria de victimas del terrorismo salafista yihadista es musulmana, en Afghanistan, Siria, Iraq, Mali, Nigeria, Argelia, Egipto, Tunes..etc,

Mucha gente inmigro a Europa para mejor su vida. Esta gente llego con su creencia y ideas (en la mayoria de casos no desarolladas y no compatibles para el esperitu de pluralidad y convivencia).

Nacio una (unas generaciones en otros paises como Francia e Inglaterra) nueva generacion de ninios y ninas que tienen una creencia y fe en casa diferente de lo que hay en la calle y la escuela, estos ninos y luego jovenes mal integrados no se sienten totalmente ni europeos ni marroquies, ni argelinos, ni tunecinos, ni paquistanies…etc.

Debido a que el Islam tiene un contenido “revolucionario” que llama a reaccionar activamente contra la injusticia, y debido a que hay mucha injusticia en TODO EL MUNDO, estos jovenes perdidos, ignorantes, mal integrados, que buscan salvacion por haber “pecado” o simplemente haber hecho cosas malas, frutos de sistemas de educacion ineptos son carronia facil para el oscurantismo.

La verdad yo conozco de primera mano a mucha gente secular y musulmana abierta que se le rechazaron el visado para estudiar en Europa, PERO sabeis que muchos de los Sheijs oscurantistas que mencione arriba obtienen cada ramadan visados para que vengan a Europa para predicar!? Sabeis que Arabia Saudi tiene una cadena aqui en Espania donde sheijs de esta bajisima gama predican al oscurantismo con subtitulo espaniol, y dicen que la mujer es inferior mentalmente y fisicamente que el hombre?(Entre otras tonterias)
Los gubiernos Europeos son responsables tambien!

Solucion?

Propongo lo siguiente: Hay pensadores islamicos iluminados y estupendos, que se basan sobre el Coran y argumentan que en Islam hay mas que tolerancia, hay libertad de pensamiento, hay libertad de pensamiento y de indentidad sexual, que el Islam es pro el secularimso y la cuidadania y que hay que revolucionarse contra la justica sobre base de Derechos Humanos y no con terrorismo indiscriminado, esta gente tiene nombres: Adnan Ibrahim que vive en Austria, hay Mohammad Shahrur, Sirio que hizo un libro genial que se llama :Secar los fientes del terrorismo” en cual desmonta y refuta las basaes ideologicas del terrorismo salafista yihadista apoyandose con el Coran.

Hay tambien gente en el mundo Arabe que esta en Carcel como el predicador Mohammad Abdallah Nasr, que era el Imam en la Plaza Tahrir en el Cairo durante las protestas contra el dictador Mubarak, que detras de el rezaban hombres y mujeres literalmente codo a codo, el ahora esta condenado a mas de 10 anio de carcel, porque su version no va con la version de Al-Azhar, la institucion religiosa manipulada por el Estado egipcio y su dictador amigo de Arabia Saudi. Hay Farhan Al-Maliki, es predicador Saudi que sufre persecucion en Arabia Saudi y otras personas mas.

Hay que dar voz a esta gente, traducir sus obras y difundirlas entre las comunidades musulmanas aqui. Propongo que a base de estas obras se haga una asignatura opcional en las escuelas. Sabemos que hay familias que quieren que sus hijos/as aprendan religion, pues vale, que se ponga esto en las escuelas y que los y las ninas musulmanes aprendan el islam de luz y musica y ciencia y creatividad para que esten bien con su Allah, con sus amigas y amigos, con la sociedad, consigos mismos y con la existencia.

Hay que presionar a los gubiernos para que dejen de hacer “amistades” con los reinos del petroleo, el mal y el oscurantismo. y dejar los dobleraseros, seculares en Europa pero pasamos del despotismo y el ocsurantismo en los paises de alli.

Esta solucion cuesta mucho menos dinero que despleguar tropas por las calles, y es la via mas fiable, creo, para hacer del terrorismo algo del pasado (al menos aqui).

Reflections on Hamas’ new Document of General Principles and Policies

Unsurprisingly, Hamas published in the first of May 2017 its new charter (named: A Document of General Principles and Policies) in which it outlines its self-definition and strategy regarding the conflict with Israel. It is the second charter in the history of the Islamist movement after its first charter of 1988, enacted one year after the launch of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas, Arabic حماس ). Unlike the old charter, the new one –called “Document” by Hamas- manifests a concrete desire by Hamas to get involved completely in the political game according to the rules set by the “International Community” (i.e. Two States Solution of the conflict) in exchange of being recognized by the latter. Hamas disassociated itself from the Muslim Brotherhood. Ismail Haniyeh the recently elected Secretary General of the Islamist Movement said that he will establish contacts with the International Community to explain the Document.

Evolution or growth?

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) is 30 years old. Ten of them were hard years during which Hamas was, and still, in a political tribune. The last decade has left its marks on the experience of the islamist movement and soften its demagogic speech.

Hamas realized that it can’t continue to be present in the map of the conflict with Israel relying only to its military power. Even its closest friends and main donors Turkey and Qatar have political relations with Israel and are clearly supportive of the Two States Solution. Iran, the supporter of Hamas’ military wing is a fervent supporter of the Palestinian Authority’s (PA) diplomatic efforts in the UN, which is obviously based on the UN resolutions which recognize Israel as a full-fledged member –it supported the effort of the PA to obtain a non-member observer State status for Palestine in the UN General Assembly. So In order to maintain its political survival, it has to open a diplomatic channel with the International Community; the amendment of its political charter was the first step.

Hamas also reiterated, but this time in written words in its charter that it is ready to get on board of the PLO to sail in the international diplomacy. The Article 29 of its Document says:

“The PLO is a national framework for the Palestinian people inside and outside of Palestine. It should therefore be preserved, developed and rebuilt on democratic foundations so as to secure the participation of all the constituents and forces of the Palestinian people, in a manner that safeguards Palestinian rights”.

The articles 20 in which Hamas hints to accepting a Palestinian State within the lines of 1967 is an outright contradiction to the article 18 in which it says that it doesn’t recognize any resolution that is similar to the Partition resolution. The article 21 in which it says that it doesn’t recognize Oslo agreement  contradicts its attitude since 2006 when it participated in the legislative elections in Gaza and West Bank -Elections in the frame of an “Authority” created upon Oslo agreement- as well as the article 31 in which it outlines the role of the Palestinian Authority.

But the speech of Hamas leaders in the light of the “General Principles and Politics Document” is quite contradictory to the speech of its media and mosques and does not really show a genuine evolution. An evolution is, in this context as far as the author thinks, a positive development that emanates a coherent speech and acts that serve to reach smoothly the final objective. What Hamas is experiencing now is a phase of growth; an Islamist movement that doesn’t know how to reach its declared final aims due to its ahistorical narrative and obsolete socio-economic perspective, but above all a movement whose leadership has interests and privileges that can not be obtained without lowering the level of its very final aims. Hamas finally decided to mitigate this contradiction by issuing of the “Document of General Principles and Policies”.  Very similar to the PLO’s “Ten points Program” of 1974; very interpretable to justify the acts of submission to the Zionist regime of Israel.

A drift to pragmatism?

The acceptance of a State in within the lines of the 4^th of June 1967 is indeed a clear sign of pragmatism by Hamas, but it is not really a tipping point in the history of the Islamist movement. Pragmatism is in the very essence of the nature of Hamas since its early days. Hamas was the last Palestinian armed faction to join the struggle against the Israeli occupation. It waited four months after the outbreak of the first Intifada in 1987 to declare its presence.

In the 1990s Hamas launched many terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians as a way of struggle. The violent actions of Hamas as a movement is partly ideologically-driven, but the other bigger part is pragmatic; Hamas took advantage of the corruption of Fatah which was THE governing party of the PA (Palestinian Authority), the coma into which the Palestinian Left went, and the popular resentment at the exponential increase of Israeli illegal settlements, to send suicide bombers among Israeli civilians who were “easy targets”.

Hamas did that to gain popularity as a resistance movement which “takes revenge” for the Palestinian victims, fostering populist propaganda with religious rhetoric among desperate Palestinians who were disappointed of the restated Israeli denial of their rights.

In spite of Hamas’ violence, Ahmad Yasin, the founder and then the spiritual father of the Islamist movement said to the Israeli Television in early 1990s when he was incarcerated by Israel; that he would accept any Palestinian State in the 1967 lines, he reiterated it in an interview with Aljazeerain 1999. In 2003 Ahmad Yassin told a Jordanian newspaper that Hamas accepts a State on the 1967 lines, he said that Hamas would sign a long truce with Israel.

In an interview in 2006, the ex secretary general of Hamas Khaled Mesha’al said that Hamas is ready to accept a Palestinian State in the lines of the 1967.

In all these occasions Hamas propaganda machine, mainly through its mosques, was justifying these declarations by recalling the truce signed between the Prophet Mohammad and Quraish tribe. Khaled Mesha’al says today that the Document “would help our allies and friends and make it easier for them to carry our cause to the international forums and organisms”. Ismail Haniyeh the new Secretary General said also that Hamas: “is open to any discussion about the Document and give any clarification and to respond to any inquiry in a way to reinforce the politic and strategy of openness to all”.

Hamas has just made its internal consensus on the “wrapping” of its political aspiration according to the “norms” of the “International Community”. It used interpretable words that can used to reproduce the old propaganda of liberating all Palestine internally, and are suitable to the requirement of the political game. When it comes to practice, Hamas is a palliative to the Israeli occupation; it is holding Gaza Strip in a ferrous fest and therefore relieving Israel as the Occupying Power from its economical responsibilities.

Some may argue that Hamas thinks only of using its rockets against Israel like what happened in 2009, 2012 and 2014. In fact Hamas understood very well that the military option is not reliable after 2009. The 2012 and 2014 Israeli offensives were not a “response” to Hamas’ rockets. They were conceived in advance by Israel. Much before the assassination of Ahmad Al-Ja’bari the ex leader of Hamas’ military wing, Israel violated the “truce” mediated by Egypt in the sea and along the green line, The same Israel did few days after the end of its military operation in the same year, until the explosion of 2014 when Israel started to bomb Gaza Strip after the disappearance and the assassination of three settlers in West Bank.

Not Muslim Brothers anymore

“Muslim Brotherhood” is not and was not a worldwide organized entity; it is rather an ideological current. Hamas’ founders and ideological “Gurus” where influenced by the ideas of many islamist theoricians such as Hassan Al-Banna and Fahthi Yakan, but when they established Hamas as an organization they did it on their own.

Hamas realized -after four years- that taking a political position, supportive to the Egyptian “Muslim Brotherhood” movement after Sisi’s coup d’état and using its local media outlets as a forum for the Egyptian islamist movement is like auto-strangling, since Egypt is controlling the Rafah crossing –the artery of the Gaza Strip where Hamas rules.  It is official now: Hamas stopped betting on the “loosing horse”, the “Muslim Brotherhood”. It is according to the new charter:

“A Palestinian Islamic national liberation and resistance movement. Its goal is to liberate Palestine and confront the Zionist project. Its frame of reference is Islam, which determines its principles, objectives and means.”  (A Document of General Principles and Policies, Page2).

Hamas disassociated itself from the aim of an Islamic state, and came to focus only on the “liberation of Palestine”, but with Islamist references. It dropped the aim of a united Islamic Ummah (transnational society) and stopped considering Palestine an Islamic waqf (Religious endowment land) that “no one has the right to cede not even a hand span of it”. Khaled Mesha’al said in the presentation of the Document in Qatar that Hamas believes in the renewal because if it doesn’t will fossilize and extinct. Mesha’l said openly that the without the openness and renewal the preservation of principle will be a pretext of intellectual and political dogmatism.

Society and Women

“By virtue of its justly balanced middle way and moderate spirit, Islam – for Hamas – provides a comprehensive way of life and an order that is fit for purpose at all times and in all places. Islam is a religion of peace and tolerance. It provides an umbrella for the followers of other creeds and religions who can practice their beliefs in security and safety.”(A Document of General Principles and Policies, Article 8. Page 4) Hamas still views Islam as a wellspring of “way of life” not only that but the “umbrella”, that means that Islam is assimilated by Hamas as the scheme according to which any other paradigm in the realm of the society has to act. Since Hamas is monopolizing the power inside the tiny Gaza Strip it will not give up that “fit order”, meanwhile in other parts (West Bank, the Diaspora refugees’ camp) it will continue on the way of “moderation” mainly because it doesn’t monopolize the power there.

The women status in Hamas’ creed stayed intact. Women are “fundamental in the process of building the present and the future, just as it has always been in the process of making Palestinian history” (A Document of General Principles and Policies, Article 34. Page 9). They have to maintain the same role of educating the boys to follow the path of their fathers and the girls to assume the same role.

Hamas’ equation

Iran has been the only provider of arms and training to Hamas military wing “Alqassam Brigades”, this doesn’t mean that Iran and Hamas are in harmony, the Sunni and Shi’i schism is omnipresent especially for Hamas, even though the mutual interest is stronger; Iran wants to attrite Israel, and Hamas needs arms to maintain itself in shape.

But politics and financial support are more and more important for Hamas than arms; in this heavier side of Hamas Qatar and Turkey have the “reserved rights”. Qatar, the country which holds Al Udeid base, an important pivotal point in the US army’s Central Command, is a generous financial source along with Turkey the NATO member and the regional pole. The weight of Turkey and Qatar is the most important inside Hamas because they have the influence and the cash, without which Hamas cannot survive.

In math language Hamas’ equation is: Hamas= (T+Q)+I, knowing that (T+Q) are bigger than I. T=Turkey, Q=Qatar and I=Iran.

Relation with PLO

Hamas has always considered itself an alternative to the PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) and the whole Palestinian political system, because it is used to consider itself guided by Koran and Islamic teachings. In this new Document Hamas views the PLO as:

“A national framework for the Palestinian people inside and outside of Palestine.” (A Document of General Principles and Policies, Article 29. Page 8), Hamas annulled its precondition of Islamizing the PLO before joining it as it was mentioned in its old charter. It now declares that it is interested in preserving the PLO, and in a State within the boundaries pre the 1967 war  according to a “national consensus” (The Islamic Yihad reiterated that it doesn’t accept a State in less that all of Palestine).

After all

Hamas is following the trajectory of Fatah, ironically after the death of the 2 states solution, and moreover being in its worst situation: Ruling an unreconstructed Gaza Strip, almost without any electricity after almost 3 years of the last Israeli offensive, unstoppable rise of the unemployment and social problems, the PA sharp decrease of its payments of services and salaries for the Palestinians of Gaza (obeying Trumps orders) and an aggressive ultra Zionist government in Israel.

The Islamist movement is more likely to follow -on purpose- the mirage of the reconciliation with Fatah, the “reconciliation” is in fact nothing but a duel to set the rules of the Palestinian politics according to the interest of power of both factions who are not keen to de-freeze Palestinian political system by a general suffrage. Meanwhile the biggest beneficiary is the Zionist regime of Israel.

When PLO insists on being a Kapo

It is nothing new that the Organization for the Liberation of Palestine PLO, which did never held any democratic elections and whose officials were not chosen by the Palestinian people, became a mere tool in the hands of the State of the Israeli occupation. PLO through the “Palestinian Authority” works on protecting the security of Israel and dissipating any Palestinian revolutionary attempt by all means of oppression and repression, to get in return the biggest part of the tax money -paid the Palestinian people- and the international donation so those that those officials and their families have a luxurious life and spend their holidays abroad enjoying the quick access through the Israeli check-points and terminals, and enjoying as well some “privileges” such as best academic education in the best universities in the world for their daughters and sons before they get the most prestigious jobs in the so-called Palestinian institutions.

What the PLO is doing with the Palestinian people inside the Bantustans which have been closed since the signing of Oslo accords and whose doors keys are in hands of the Israeli army is similar to what the Kapo used to do inside the concentration camps which was controlled by the SS members.

The increasing extremist fascism among the Israelis –which is an increase in the grade of the same kind, not a shift to a new kind- requires more masochism and submission from PLO and more repression of the Palestinian people from the PA. The obligations of loyalty and obedience has increased, though the “Palestinian Kapo” doesn’t hide his hope to get the keys of the Bantustan/Concentration camp to make of it a sovereign state and to “Find a just solution” for his refugee folks. It is not extraordinary, in the Nazi concentration camps the sadism of the SS used to require more submission from the Kapo who had to overdo the torture of the rest of prisoners in order to obtain the satisfaction of the jailers, and so forth, more sadism from the jailer and more violence from the Kapo towards the prisoners, combined with self-abasement to the jailer.

For instance, the slogans of Yasser Arafat such as “The peace of the Brave” and “Raising the Palestinian flag on the walls of Jerusalem, its minarets and churches” which he used to hypnotize the Palestinians, didn’t achieve anything but an Honor Guard and a red carpet on which Arafat used to walk twice a day. Arafat’s “friend and peace partner” Yetzhak Rabin met those slogans with a firm confirmation in front of the Israeli Knesset in 1995, just after signing Oslo accords, that he will let the Palestinians manage their affairs inside an entity less than a State and without Jerusalem and without withdrawal to the borders of 1967.

On the same path, Mahmud Abbas, the engineer of Oslo accords, deems the security coordination to “sacred’ and thwarts any threat to Israel, this was met by settlements and more sadist violence from the Zionist jailer. In the same context, the participation of Ahmad Majdalani, member of the PLO Executive Committee and Elias Zananiri Vice-Chairman of PLO Committee for Interaction with the Israeli Society, by orders from Abbas himself, proves that PLO is a very loyal Kapo, a Kapo who is ready according to Majdalani to go to the end of the world for peace. I think that the real meaning of “the end of the world” was apocalypse.

The last Herzliya conference which took place in a city built on a Palestinian land whose people had been expelled and carries the name of the Zionist Organizations founder had deep discussions under the title “Setting a new Israeli agenda in a turbulent Middle East”, in my point of view the most important two points about that are the new coalitions which Israel has to make, and the fight against BDS which is realizing successive breakthroughs especially in Delegitimizing Israel, but PLO as usual didn’t miss the chance to legitimize the Zionist jailer for free, and to sell illusion to the rest of the Palestinian prisoners.

In Brief: for crumbs in form of individual interests of its leaders and for the satisfaction of Israel, PLO smashes the Palestinian people. Each time PLO downs its level the Zionist jailer becomes more tyrant. The participation of PLO and some other Palestinians in the 16^th Herzliya conference is a serious indicator about the pathological relation between the Palestinian Kapo and his Zionist jailer. This vicious circle can be broken only by a total rebellion inside the Palestinian Bantustan to complete the circle of BDS from outside and revolution from inside. It is not easy at all, it doesn’t seem that the rest of the Palestinian prisoners are capable of doing that, at least for the moment.

In two years, two Palestinian diplomatic achievements in a row.

Israel Elected As Chair of UN legal committee. 

I wrote the below article 2 years ago. But I think that it is still relevant to this moment. Nobody can deny that fact that the “International community” is accomplice to Israel since the beginnings of the Zionist project, and that it has no respect for the international law. But the Palestinians bourgeoisie is also involved.

Israel elected as vice-chair of the UN Special Political and Decolonization Committee- A new Palestinian diplomatic achievement!

Few days ago and without much of highlight, it was mentioned in the news that Israel has been elected as vice-chair of the UN Special Political and Decolonization Committee. I will neither denounce the UN, nor attack it’s blatant bias in favor of Israel -though such attack or denounce are genuine, because I think that The Palestinian political administration is accountable for that in the first place.

I mean by the Palestinian political administration, the Palestinian bourgeoisie class which is in control of the institutions of the Palestinian Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority. It’s worthy to mention that that class is about rearranging its internal situation in order to annex the “barbed sector” after having annexed the quasi-leftists and the “whales” of NGOs since the early days of Oslo agreement until now. In the shadow of the process of extension, annexation and bipartisanism, the hence “administration” is being reformulated, excluding the “resistance” fragments of the barbed sector, which are –despite of not believing in political action- not reaching a useful out come.

In order to stabilize its dominance over the Palestinian scene, the Palestinian political administration flirted with the Arab bourgeoisies, which are immersed to their ears in submission and collaboration with the imperialism, to amplify its financial resources. Besides, it didn’t spare any effort to buy the consciences of the little bourgeois of intellectuals, experts, cadres, academics and influentials, as well as promoting a rapidly variant demagogic speech (armed struggle only, then the olive branch and the rifle, then “What did the rifle do?” then “we are alone and what can we do?” until the lie of “a state with a flag in a liberated part of the homeland” and after that “How to feed the people without resources”), meanwhile, the revolutionary Left, calcified and ultra-idealist, didn’t improve its infertile worn-out mechanisms of action, and the religious Right was still in the beginnings.

The Palestinian political administration, justified the limitation of its action in the frame of the futile negotiations, based on:

1-     The outcome of the Palestinian armed struggle, is the same as any war’s outcome; sitting down to the negotiation table to reach a solution.1

2-     After many wars and armed conflicts in the Middle East since 1967, the international community became more determined to “resuscitate the peace process”. 2

3-     Grabbing and international recognition of the PLO as a representative of the Palestinian people, regardless the basis of such recognition.

4-     Getting rid of the dominance, and attempts of containment and guardianship, imposed by the Arab regimes, to maintain the “independent Palestinian decision”.

5-     Launching the so called “Peace attack” after the declaration of Algiers in 1988, “to disarm the opponents of recognizing Palestine” according to Mahmud Abbas in his book “The political process in the Middle East.

In these justifications, there are many good expressions meant for bad aims. It’s true that the outcome of the armed struggle is to sit down and negotiate. The triumphant Algerian revolution, did negotiate through its representative the Algerian National Liberation Front with France in Evian, but it did not “renounce terrorism and violence” and did not cede more than 70% of its national soil, and it did not hold the responsibility of preventing “violence” like what the Palestinian “administration” did. 3 In 09/09/1993, Yasser Arafat signed the PLO’s letter of recognition of Israel, once the Israelis read it, they replied with a brief recognition letter in 10/09/1993, in which Israel recognizes the PLO as a representative of the Palestinian people and that it will negotiate with it. Only.4

Therefore, the Palestinian administration is guilty for the “reputation” of Israel in the international organisms, because it has given up our legitimate rights of an integral homeland and using all the means of struggle, offering by that a service to the Zionism, making of our rights nothing but terrorism and exporting lies for consumption. Abbas said: “Oslo declaration gave the Palestinian struggle movement a momentum and a push forward…we obtained a part of our demands, and in the same time we didn’t cede the other part”. 5 Moreover, the Israeli recognition of our existence became, due to the failing of the Palestinian administration, a courtesy and a big Israeli exploit, amid concession of Palestinian gains in the frame of the international law, such as Goldstone report.

Even though, the Palestinian administration and its paid journalists boast of the Palestinian diplomacy achievements! The “leader Abbas” talks about: “Fixing Palestine as a recognized constant in the political map of the world, the Palestinian passport became a concrete fact”. 6  Yes it is, a concrete fact; When I applied last year for a visa for Spain, just after the “party” of observer state of Palestine in the UN, and upon registering the my invitation for Spain in a police station, there was no Palestine in the list of countries in the Spanish police data base, not even Palestinian territories, nor Palestinian authority. It is not of a major importance to say that such data base is the same in all the European Union countries.

I don’t know what is Abbas and the drummers of the Right are talking about? What are the achievements? What are the demands which were not ceded?! Why didn’t the PLO just after Algiers declaration -on which I have personally, big reserves regarding the content, the implications and the significances- move to the United Nations and take advantage of the last days of the Soviet Union? In 1991, just after the collapse of the USSR, the general assembly of the UN revoked its resolution of 1975 which considered the Zionism a condemned for of racism, what was the response? Oslo agreement?! Undertaking the amendment of the Palestinian national pact and removing all the articles related to the liberation and mobilization against Zionism?! 7

Since Oslo declaration until today, the PLO has not been removed definitely from the US list of terrorism –in spite of the total lay down- the US presidents give each 6 months a sort of exception to keep the PLO office in Washington open, to receive American instructions. Why not to bring the mothers of our political prisoners to the Human Rights council in Geneva or to the general assembly of the UN, similar to what Israel did with the wife of one of the Israeli soldiers captured by Hizbollah or the parents of the Israeli soldier Shalit or the mothers of the disappeared settlers of Hebron? Why didn’t the PLO, for example, After getting the Status of observer state -on whose basis I object, sign the Rome statute of the international criminal court to prosecute the Israeli war criminals? Why?…a lot of “Whys”, but the answer is simple: The privileges and interests of this administration are essentially contradictory to the interests of the Palestinian people. If the revolutionary nukes don’t gather and undertake its historical duty of enlightening the Palestinian people, to grow up the awareness of class, social and political rights and to put an end to the miserable situation of the women, the paucity, ignorance, retard, superstitions and the degradation of manners and morals will lead to the decline of this people.

الحلفاء الإسرائيليون للاجئين الفلسطينيين -مترجم

يحيي الشعب الفلسطيني في ال15 آيار/مايو ذكرى النكبة التي بدأت عام 1948 بعيد إعلان دولة إسرائيل، حينما طردت الجماعات المسلحة الإسرائيلية الفلسطينيين من بيوتهم في فلسطين التاريخية. منذ ذاك الحين، تكابد تلك الأسر الفلسطينية العيش باكتظاظ في مخيمات للاجئين.

لكن ذلك اليوم بالنسبة للإسرائيليين هو يوم الإستقلال، ويجري الإحتفال به وفق التقويم اليهودي في ال12 من آيار/مايو لهذا العام. يعتبر حق عودة أولئك اللاجئين واللآجئات الفلسطينيات إلى مواطنهن الأصلية موضوعا محظورا، تابو، في المجتمع الإسرائيلي، إلا أن مواطنان إثنان من إسرائيل، ما انفكا يعملان على كسر هذا الحاجز.

تدير إليونور وإيتان منظمةDe-colonizer  (مفكك الإستعمار) الغير حكومية. يعمل كلاهما على تعليم المجتمع الإسرائيلي معنى النكبة، ويقومان بالمدافعة في سبيل تغيير إجتماعي يؤدي إلى فكفكة الطابع الإستعماري للسياسة الإسرائيلية، كما أنهما يجريان سوية مع إسرائيليين وفلسطينيين آخرين أبحاثا ومناظرات متعلقة بنمط تطبيق حق العودة كما أعترفت به الأمم المتحدة في قرار 194.

ولدت إليونور إبنة ال36 عاما في فرنسا لأم يهودية جزائرية-ألزاسية وأب مسلم من مرتفعات الجولان السورية المحتلة. كرست هذه المتخصصة في الإناسة السياسية دراساتها للذاكرة الجماعية للسكان في أوضاع الهجرة والأقلية والتهميش والنفي. أما زوجها إيتان إبن ال56 عاما فولد في ميندوزا في الأرجنتين، وهاجر إلى كيبوتس (تعاونية) إسرائيلي عندما كان في الخامسة من عمره، غير أنه تعين عليه أن يعتنق اليهودية ليتم قبوله حيث أن أمه لم تكن على ذلك الدين. لطالما عمل إيتان في مشاريع تربوية وسياسية وهو حاصل على ماجيستير في علم التأويل. يدير كلاهما منظمة De-colonizer (مفكك الإستعمار).

“كنت أعمل في }ذاكرات{، وهي منظمة غير حكومية إسرائيلية أسست عام 2001 وتعنى بالتوعية بالنكبة ودعم حق عودة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين” قال إيتان شارحا ل إلدياريو من تل أبيب وأضاف: “تركت }ذاكرات{ عام 2015 و أنشأت De-colonizer  (مفكك الإستعمار) مع إليونور”.

“لا أزال مستمرة منذ أن قمت بأبحاث مابعد الدكتوراه في المركز الفرنسي للأبحاث في القدس عام 2001، في التحقيق وإعادة إختبار طرائق لحياة مشتركة في المجتمع الإسرائيلي” صرحت إليونور. ثم أشارت “أدرس تكوين الهويات المعاد بناؤها والمعاد تحشيدها، وأدرس أيضا شكل {الآخر} كتهديد، كعدو، تلك الكينونة التي يتم إدراكها كمختلفة”، قاصدة شكل “الفلسطيني” في المجتمع الإسرائيلي.

عند تركهما ل “ذاكرات” كان الهدف التالي واضحا لكليهما؛ مقاربة ما وراء النكبة: مسألة الإستعمار الإسرائيلي لفلسطين التاريخية. “إسرائيل مشروع إستعماري” قال إيتان بشكل قاطع وأضاف: “نود أن نستمر في العمل واستحداث أبحاث وأدوات جديدة. إن عملنا مزدوج: نضال من أجل العدالة وهو نضال يقوم به أيضا رفاقنا وأصدقاؤنا الفلسطينيين، وعمل على فكفكة الإستعمار من هويتنا الخاصة كمحتلين، كأغلبية ذات حظوة”.

يتكون (مفكك الإستعمار) De-colonizer  من حفنة من الإسرائيليين، نشطاء ومتطوعين، يتعاون معهم كذلك فلسطينيون من إسرائيل وأيضا من الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة: قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية والقدس الشرقية.

“نرى أنفسنا كحلفاء سياسيين راغبين في الإنضمام إلى النضال عندما يدعوننا لذلك” أكدت إليونور وأضافت: “كنشطاء معادين للإستعمار نسعى لفكفكة الإستعمار عن هويتنا ومجتمعنا الخاصين. نحن مؤمنون بأنه لايزال هناك الكثير من العمل للقيام به. نظن أيضا أنه لن تحدث تغيرات ذات دلالة من الداخل، وعليه فإننا نتوجه أيضا إلى المجتمع الدولي”.

وضع خرائط وتحديد لبيوت الفلسطينيين

إحياءا لذكرى النكبة في العام الماضي، أطلق (مفكك الإستعمار) De-colonizer  حملة داخل إسرائيل حيث تم سؤال 500 يهودي إسرائيلي عن معنى “النكبة”. عكست إجابات البعض نقصا في المعلومات حول هذه الفترة التاريخية. أما طريقة التعامل مع مواطنيهم هذا العام فهي أكثر تحدي: “سننظم في يوم الإستقلال الإسرائيلي مناظرة عامة بعنوان: }أيجب على الإسرائيليين التخطيط لعودة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين؟{” صرح إيتان. يترافق ذلك مع فعالية في شوارع تل أبيب لتذكير الإسرائيليين بثمن “إستقلالهم”.

بنفس الشاكلة، يتواجد أولئك الناشطون في خضم مشروع لفكفكة إستعمار مرتفعات الجولان السورية المحتلة عام 1967. والد إليونور سوري (مسلم) من قرية المنصورة التي كانت قائمة في تلك المنطقة حتى قدوم الإحتلال الإسرائيلي. نفس المنهجية التي يستخدمونها هناك –أي وضع الخرائط وتحديد بيوت العائلات التي طردها الإحتلال الإسرائيلي ووضع علامات على مواقعها- يستخدمونها أيضا في حملاتهم في فلسطين التاريخية التي جرفها الإسرائيليون خلال النكبة وحولوها إلى ما نعرفه اليوم بإسرائيل.

“نحن بصدد عمل خريطة جديدة باسم “الإستعمار والفعل التدميري” وأضافت إليونور: “سوف تبين كل طبقات التدمير منذ بدايات الهجرة الصهيونية إلى فلسطين إلى يومنا هذا، كذلك تلك التي سيتم تدميرها حيث أننا، للأسف، قادرون على تحديد أماكن القرى والمدن الفلسطينية المهددة في الضفة الغربية”.

تنظم (مفكك الإستعمار) De-colonizer  زيارات موجهة إلى القرى الفلسطينية والسورية التي عانت من التطهير العرقي خلال “الفترات المأساوية من مسلسل المشروع الإستعماري الإسرائيلي الجاري”.

“نحن في منتصف حملة عامة للإعتراض على مخطط بناء حي جديد في أشكلون، جنوب غرب إسرائيل، على أراضي قرية حمامة الفلسطينية (القديمة)”، وأكمل إيتان شارحا: “قمنا بجولة ذاكرة وفعل. بواسطة أصدقاء من غزة تمكنا من التواصل مع لاجئين فلسطينيين من حمامة، وسوف نطور المشروع”.

يؤكد مفككو الإستعمار اولئك، أن الحكومة الإسرائيلية حاولت على الدوام إسكات هذه المبادرات. وأشارت إليونور قائلة: “الإستعمار الإسرائيلي مختلف عن مشاريع الإستيطان الإستعماري الأخرى لأن لديه جانب قوي جدا متعلق بتدمير مآهل أبناء البلاد”.

الحل الواقعي الوحيد للصراع

يتمسك (مفككو الإستعمار) بقرار الأمم المتحدة رقم 194 المتعلق بحق عودة جميع اللآجئين الفلسطينيين وعائلاتهم، مع إدراكهم للسياق الحالي.

“لايمكن تطبيق حق العودة بشكل ساذج. نحن لا نعتقد بأنه من الممكن إعادة بناء فلسطين كما كانت قبل حوالي 70 عاما. يجب أن يستند تطبيق ذلك على واقع الأرض وعلى نظام سياسي جديد بالكامل” أوضحت إليونور.

يجري (مفككو الإستعمار) دراسات ومناظرات عامة حول كيفية عودة اللاجئين. إذا لم يكن ممكنا العودة إلى بيت لم يعد موجودا، فماذا لو ظل البيت واقفا وكان مسكونا من قبل عائلة إسرائيلية؟ يطرح البعض أنه حق مشروع للعائلة الفلسطينية إذا ما تمكنت من إبراز أوراق الملكية، أما إذا لم تتمكن فيلجأ إلى الحوار والتوافق بين العائلتين.

“بسبب ذلك كله تعرضنا للهجوم اللفظي وللتهديد بالموت، بشكل أساسي من قبل يهود إسرائيليين أو يهود في الشتات” أكد إيتان وأضاف: “نحن نحاجج بأن ذلك لا يتعارض مع مصلحة الإسرائيليين، بل أنه في صالح العيش بسلام وأمان”.

“عندما نتوجه إلى الفلسطينيين، تواجهنا أحيانا مسألة }التطبيع{ التي تخلق حاجزا ما أمام التعاون مع إسرائيليين” أشارت إليونور، وأضافت: “ولكن عندما نقوم بشرح موقفنا من حق العودة أو موقفنا الداعم للحملة اللاعنفية لمقاطعة إسرائيل وسحب الإستثمارات منها ومعاقبتها BDS، فإن ذلك يكفي لتبديد أية شكوك”.

لكن الأعوام تمضي ولم يرى نشطاء حق العودة أية إجراءات أممية حازمة تتعلق بالقرار 194. يضاف إلى ذلك أن التشويه الذي تبثه وسائل الإعلام الإسرائيلية التي تتحدث عن كيف يريد الفلسطينيون “رميهم في البحر” يجعل الكثيرين يرون في عودة اللاجئين تهديدا حقيقيا ونهاية لإسرائيل.

“يواجهنا في إسرائيل واقع سياسي متطرف يسعى جاهدا لإسكات أي نقد أو عمل في مجال حقوق الإنسان” يقول إيتان ويضيف: “إن كل أفكار الفصل بيننا (إسرائيليين وفلسطينيين) محكومة بالفشل على المدى البعيد. من الممكن أن تكون هنالك دولتان، ولكن ضمن نوع من أنواع الكونفدرالية (تشاركية) مع وجوب إبقاء الحدود مفتوحة. إن حل الدولة الواحدة –ليس بالضرورة كيانا كدولة، بل كأشكال مبنية على المساواة- أمر أفضل أخلاقيا، إنه الحل الواقعي الوحيد.

Dimona nuclear reactor,the next Chernobyl

Very long time ago before the noise of the Iranian nuclear program and its ambitions to get nuclear weapons, before the nuclear program of Saddam Hussein which was killed in its cradle by Israel, way before the atomic bomb of the defunct apartheid regime of South Africa – with Israeli prints, also before the nuclear reactor of Qaddafi which was dismantled by him and handed over to the West, and before the the nuclear arms race between India and Pakistan, and the crazy nuclear dances of the Kims of North Korea, Israel had become a nuclear power that threatens the peace and security in the Middle East.

In late 1950s, France decided not to give the Israelis the fish, it rather decided to give them the rod. Israel obtained a nuclear reactor along with the secrets of the atom, consequently it turned to be an unconventional power that nobody dares to disparage at all. The construction of Dimona reactor, located in the north-east of the Naqab (Negev) desert at almost 38 Km from the Dead Seam started in 1958, in the same year in which the United States began to provide all kinds of assistance to Israel to construct the Soreq Nuclear Research Center (Nahal Soreq reactor), on the lands of the forcibly expelled people of the Palestinian village of Yebna, in the frame of the “Atom for peace program”.

Israel has not signed the Treaty of Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. In spite of being a member of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) since 1957, Israel did not allow any inspection to take place in Dimona reactor, meanwhile it allows inspections in Nahal Soreq reactor. Israel even denied the existence of Dimona reactor for long time until 1986 when Mordachai Vanunu the technical who had worked there published 50 pictures taken from inside the reactor -Vanunu has been imprisoned and is still being persecuted until today. According to the nuclear physicist Charles Frank Barnaby who analysed the pictures of Vanunu, Israel had in 1986 enough Plutonium to make 150 nuclear bomb. Nowadays it is estimated that Israel has about 400 nuclear warheads.

On 26 of April 2016, while people commemorate the victims of Chernobyl disaster, experts who worked or work in Dimona reactor said that the core of the mentioned reactor has 1537 defects. The professor Ozi Even, co-founder of Dimona reactor told Radio of Israel that the reactor is obsolete, it is operative since 1963, he warned of radioactive release from Dimona reactor. According to Prof. Even, the 53 years old reactor might be the oldest operative reactor in the world, he added that the majority of the reactors which had been built at that time have been closed and this should happen with Dimona reactor. Prof. Even said that the state of the Dimona reactor core is like a perforated boiler. Therefore it has to be changed, reparation is useless.

Prof. Ozi Even thinks that the reason why the Israeli government is keeping Dimona reactor working is that it doesn’t follow the safety standards of the IAEA which require regular inspections. He said that the safety measures in Dimona are not perfect. On the other hand, the USA has stopped providing Nahal Soreq reactor with nuclear fuel which will lead to its closure according to Prof. Even.

On the 21st of June 1990, a radioactive leak from the core of Nahal Soreq, which follows the IAEA standards of safety and inspections, took place. One worker died. Meanwhile, Dimona reactor which doesn’t follow any international standards is without any inspection and nobody knows what kind of disaster it will produce – apart of the fillings of nuclear bombs and warheads- for humanity and environment.

Israel doesn’t want to allow anyone to visit the obsolete Dimona reactor, not even to inspect its safety measures in a blatant challenge of the whole world and a complete disdain of the lives of the civilians of the region including its own civilians who live near the reactor – may be because they are from oriental origins and are not Ashkenazi Jews.

Israel has the nuclear technology and the means to send its nuclear warheads to hit any place in the world. The Israeli Jericho-3 missile has a range of 6000 km approximately, so Israel can hit any place between China and Portugal, between Russia and South Africa. If Israel puts its nuclear warheads in the Dolphin submarines there will be no safe place in the world knowing that Israel didn’t sign the Treaty of Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and that it is being more fascist every day. Israel proves definitely that its Zionist regime is one of the ugliest dangers for mankind and nature in this place of the world.
